Radnor Stay

Unit was quite nice and fairly clean could use a deep clean as in and under sofa does not look like its hoovered in a while. Bus and tubes were easy to get to with a short walk. Our family would stay again if back in London.

Amazing location, perfect place for family London trip!

We really enjoyed our stay in Peckham 😊 perfect location for all our trips, great space for all of us and so happy for balcony and nice evenings outside during heat wave days! We can only recommend place. Nice and modern and everything one need for the holiday trip 😊. Next time we are in London, bool we surely this place again 😊. Thank you

Lovely little apartment

My friends and I had a lovely stay in the apartment. We were a little concerned on the state of the building however once we entered the property it was exactly like the photos. A lovely clean and cute apartment in tip top state. We went in Summer so it was nice we had a fan provided for each room. It was also close to the bus stop as well which made it easy to go to the underground or into the city. Our host also had great communication. We would definitely stay again.

Family time

We were a little worried when we pulled up to the building. However the Unit was AMAZING! Bright, clean and spacious! Our children loved the time we spent in the unit.

Clean, comfy place. Just don’t lock yourself out

Great communication with the property manager. East to access. Location is fine, I just happened to be in London during a tube strike. Getting to the sights and north London was a hassle. But, you are only about 3 miles from the London Eye and Big Ben. Had an issue with the thermostat. Owner/manager promptly addressed it and took care of the issue. During check out, I accidentally left the keys in the apt, and did not get them back in the lockbox. I understand this was a great inconvenience for the owner as he probably had another renter checking in that afternoon. The person cleaning the apartment saw me and my family waiting outside the apt with our luggage, and she asked for the key. That’s when I realized my error. I apologized to her and said she was locked out because I left them in the apartment. She called the owner, and he wanted to speak to me on her phone. I took the call, and he immediately lost all professionalism, and starting asking unanswerable questions in a very loud voice, such as “Why would you do this?”. I remained calm, and again, apologized to him. I felt bad, I really did. He continued to be disrespectful and using an inappropriate tone, so I ended the call abruptly. These things happen. I rented two condos from 2017-2020. I planned for as many contingencies as I could. Would a hotel manager scold you, an adult, for an honest mistake? If you choose to rent your house to the public, things are going to go wrong. Again, I apologized for the mistake. But that did not warrant the owner’s reaction.

Hello Chad, thanks for staying with us. You have stated in the review that you were spoken to In an inappropriate manner because of the key issue. I'm afraid this is far from the truth. When you told me you have left the keys in the apartment because you didn't know. I replied by asking if you saw the instructions sent to you on how the keys were meant to be returned. This was so we could check if the error was from our side so as to prevent this happening in future. I wasn't rude to you at all. All was said in a calm manner. You replied saying you were sorry and said you had to go as your taxi had arrived and all was left at that. I'm appalled at the inaccuracy of event you have painted here. I have been hosting for more than 10years and know better not to disrespect a guest as it speaks against the host. If however during the conversation you felt disrespected I sincerely apologise.

The property is located close to all amenities such as bus stops, train stations supermarket, take away shops, local corner shops and many more. The night view of the city and the iconic buildings from the balcony is breath taking. One can sit at the balcony and enjoy a glass of wine with couple of friends at night as you immerse yourselves in the beauty of the city view. Its a quiet flat with great neighbours. You can expect to feel at home in this flat
