Family house -Villa with heated pool and big garden

The Villa Arbareto is located in small village Srinjine, very quite and secluded place. It is just 15 minutes drive from the famous town of Split with historical significance , and also 15 minutes from the town Omiš, with beautiful beaches, and Cetina river and canyon.
Villa is ideal for families with kids, and all other groups up to 8 persons.

Villa is located at the end of the village on a 1400 sqm, very quiet and relaxing place only for you. The place is fenced, and in a natural environment covered with grass and olive trees. There is a parking space in the yard for minimum four cars.
On the ground floor you have a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and one bedroom with bathroom. Everything is air-conditioned. From the dining and the living room you exit directly to the pool deck and an outdoor summer kitchen. There is also a big Broil King BBQ, two different sets of table and chairs. Perfect for spending summer evenings and nights by the illuminated swimming pool.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Every bedroom is very comfortable with air-conditioning , flat smart TV, satellite TV.
The pool is 32 sqm, automatically filtered and also heated if necessary, depending on the season. The pool deck is equipped with deckchairs and big parasols. You also have an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Near the pool deck there is a childrens park on the grass in the shade of olive trees, with table tennis, trampoline and other toys.

The host Petar lives nearby, and he is available to the guests for anything they need. Early in the morning host will come and clean up the pool for you, but you won't be bothered at all. We take great care of our property but we expect guests to tell us if anything is not working properly and we will react immediately.
Important- house rules:
The maximum number of guests who can stay in the house is 8, and it is possible to add two small children.
This number of people includes both, babies and adults.
We kindly ask our potential guests to accept booking conditions.
Villa is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, so the swimming pool can be used up to 24.00 because of the noise.
It is not allowed to organize parties.
We do not accept pets.

The exterior of the house is covered by security cameras.
Please be informed, the cameras will be turned off or covered during your stay!
They are only for security when we don't have guests in the house.
