Si eres una persona más activa, tenemos una máquina de entrenamiento Orbitrek para que puedas entrenar mientras contemplas hermosos paisajes. Plazas de aparcamiento con sombra también están disponibles. Es importante señalar que Villa Ana es propiedad de la planta baja, por lo que es muy apropiada para niños y adultos mayores.

Stray in autumn

We did really enjoy the stay in Villa Ana. The hosts were very nice - we were welcomed with a delicious cake! The house was as described and the view was beautiful. The area of Omis is great and have us a lot of opportunities even outside summer season.

Lovely house, in a peaceful village

Check-in and check-out was easy. The parents of our host came to the place for that. They were lovely people and even got us some baked goods during our stay. The House was very clean and equipped with everything you could ask for. About 200 m from the house you can find a little corner shop with a bakery, wich was very nice for getting bread for breakfast every morning. For getting groceries or eating out you have to go to Omiş, wich is a 20 min car drive away from Kučiće. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a privat and pleasant accommodation.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Ana sehr genossen! Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und waren häufig da, um den Pool zu reinigen. Auch Anfragen wurden über WhatsApp sehr schnell beantwortet. Die ruhige Lage im Hinterland war schön, hat aber zu langen Anfahrten ans Meer geführt. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Villa Ana

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Da Haus ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist groß mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Berge. Es wachsen unter anderem Oliven und Weintrauben dort, letztere vergrößern den schattenspendenden Bereich auf der Terrasse. Nun zu den Vermietern Ana und Boris sind herzensgute Menschen, sie haben uns einen tollen Aufenthalt bereitet. Immer wieder gab es mal selbstgemachten Wein oder selbstgebackenen Strudel. Auch bei der Anreise standen diverse Getränke bereit. Wir konnten uns sehr gut per Google Translator oder mit etwas Deutsch und Englisch verständigen. Auch die Tochter und der Sohn haben jederzeit via WhatsApp zur Verfügung gestanden und Fragen umgehend beantwortet. Vielen Dank an die gesamte Familie, ihr seid tolle Gastgeber. Wir werden die Zeit in Kucice nie vergessen.

Unsere Woche in der Villa Ana war wunderschön. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Gastgebern, die schon vor Ort auf uns warteten, mit einer vorbereitete Platte mit selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten empfangen und im Haus herumgeführt. Die Villa ist ruhig in den Bergen gelegen, für Familien und Gruppen, die sich nicht immer direkt in den lauten Touristenorten aufhalten wollen (welche aber auch nicht weit entfernt liegen) oder Wert auf Privatsphäre legen also perfekt. Mit einem schönen Pool, der auch während unseres Aufenthaltes gereinigt wurde und einer kleinen Einkaufsmöglichleit keine 100 Meter entfernt. Die Villa war sehr sauber und modern, Badetücher und Bettwäsche wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, außer einer nicht richtig funktionierenden Kaffeemaschine und kaputten Sonnenschirmen. Wer Angst vor Bienen und Wespen hat, sollte sich allerdings darauf einstellen, das sich dort leider extrem viele Tiere aufhalten. Alles in allem eine erholsame Woche in Wohlfühlambiente mit freundlichen Gastgebern, die wir gerne wieder besuchen.

Fijne vakantiewoning van alle gemakken voorzien.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad. Mooie woning, keurig onderhouden, netjes en schoon. Heerlijk privé zwembad met fijne ligbedden. Mooi terras met een heerlijke natuurlijke schaduw van druivenranken. Eigenaren van het huis zijn uiterst vriendelijke mensen die om de dag kwamen om het zwembad te reinigen, vuil op te halen en zelfs de grote bbq te reinigen. Vaak namen ze zelfs komkommers en tomaten uit eigen tuin voor ons mee. Communiceren wel lastig aangezien ze alleen Kroatisch spreken. Gelukkig spreken hun zoon en dochter goed Engels en springen zo nodig (telefonisch) in. Villla ligt aan een kleine, wel redelijk doorgaande, bergweg. Op paar minuten loopafstand kleine supermarkt waar je voor de alledaagse basis boodschappen goed terecht kunt. Omis ligt op ongeveer een kwartier rijden van de villa. Leuke, wel redelijk toeristische, plaats met veel mogelijkheden om gezellig een hapje te eten. Met een bootje vanuit Omis over de rivier is ook een aanrader. Stranden vonden wij erg druk en overvol, maar dat is persoonlijk natuurlijk. Heerlijk om na een dagje strand de rust rondom de villa weer op te zoeken. Kortom prima locatie waar het heerlijk rustig is maar je ook met een kwartier rijden het vertier op kan zoeken.

Superb stay at Villa Ana

Our family had a perfect stay at Villa Ana. The house and its facilities were very good and we all had an absolutely fantastic fortnight in this house. The owners were very service-minded and nice. The only small challenge was lack of English language, but we managed through body language and their daughter. We - parents + kids aged 11, 15 and 18 - give this house our very best recommendations!!! Our best vacation ever! Visitors should also try the nearby restaurant in Kucice and the amazing Flintstone restaurant a little bit further away. Very good food and service.

Fantastic villa surrounded by nature

No words can discribe how beautiful it was to stay 14 days at Villa Ana with 6 adults and 2 babies. The owners welcome was very friendly and a large plate with cheese, meat and vine was presented. The Villa has everything you need for some relaxing holidays and was very clean. We specially loved the fire place in the evenings and swimming in the pool with a great view to the mountains.The little shop nearby provides nearly everything needed with the same prices as in Omis (which is just a nice 15 minutes drive away). We also can recommend to do rafting on cetina river. A broken coffee machine was replace next morning after sending a mail to the owner late afternoon. Excellent service. Pool cleaning and waste disposal was done perfectly as well. We definitely plan to visit the Villa again near feature. Many thanks again to family Zemunik.

Highly recommend

My family and I stayed at Villa Ana for 2 weeks. The villa is very clean and modern and the pool a good size. When we arrived, the friendly owners welcomed us with a large plate of food and drink - Ana's homegrown vegetables and homemade strudel was the highlight. While the owners do not speak English (as a previous reviewer said, Google Translate is very helpful) their son does and lives not far away in Omiš. He responds very quickly if you need any help. The village shop has everything you need for a few days - especially fresh bread every morning. Kučiće itself is well placed for the sand beaches of Omiš or the beautiful clear waters of the pebble beaches to the South. Kayaking on Cetina River is something not to be missed. We loved our holiday at Villa Ana and couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Tolles Haus in schöner ruhiger Lage!

Wir haben wirklich schöne 7 Tage in dem Haus verbracht. Grundausstattung war auch vorhanden! Lage ist sehr ruhig, man hat quasi nur einen Nachbarn! Der Weg ans Meer ist mit 12 km richtig angegeben, jedoch ist die Strecke dorthin sehr schlecht, wodurch man durchaus 30 Minuten und mehr bis hin braucht. Der kleine Tante Emma Laden, um die Ecke versorgt einen mit den Grunddingen, jedoch richtig einkaufen kann man dort nicht. Hierfür ist eine Fahrt von mindestens 40 Minuten nötig. Einen Kritikpunkt hätte ich da doch noch: Es wäre wirklich klasse, wenn die Vermieter auch Englisch könnten, da so die Kommunikation schon schwierig war. Ansonsten sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter! Auch einen Wein gab es als Geschenk dazu. :) Gerne wieder!

The distances are exactly stated, and the nearby store is really enough for basic shopping, of course for a bigger purchase you have to go to the town of Omis. Beautiful villa with stunning garden

We stayed in villa Anna for 7 days. The villa is set in the mountains just down from a town called Omis. The villa itself was very modern and the garden was beautifully presented with gorgeous flowers and breathtaking views of the mountains. The villa had everything we needed with a little supermarket selling essentials 2 minutes walk away. The larger supermarkets were in Omis which was down the mountain about 15/20 min drive. The owners met us at the villa and were very welcoming and we were greeted with a meat and cheese platter and a bottle of wine...lovely touch! The owners didn’t speak English but with the help of Google translate we managed to communicate. They came to clean the pool half pay through our stay and then returned again at the end to see us off. The villa is isolated and you definatley need a car to get around. If I’m being picky I would say a parasol would be a good investment especially as we had 2 young children who couldn’t sit round the pool too long due to the sun and no shade but that’s being picky. Thanks for a lovely stay.
