ADDITIONAL RULES

1. We must be mindful of the neighbors when outside. OUTDOOR QUITE TIME starts at 7 pm Sunday to Thursday and midnight Friday and Saturday. General respect for our neighbors is appreciated, even during the day.

2. Be honest with your host. You must be 30 years old to book. Only the guests on the reservation are allowed on the property unless prior arrangements are made with the host. Non-authorized guests or visitors are subject to a charge of $100 per day and you may be asked to leave the property for rule violations.

3. Smoking inside the home or animals on the property are not allowed. Smoking is allowed outside ONLY. There will be a $500 charge if there is evidence found of smoking inside or if the house smells like smoke/weed or having an animal on the property.

4. Vomit will result in a $200 clean up charge plus the costs of replacements and repairs.

5. the parking no more than 5 cars in front, if you want to park a fourth car leave it in the parking lot of visitants’ that is in the same direction of the pool, you will be charged an additional charge of $200 if you do not comply.

6. Checkout is mandatory at 10:00 am. $50 for every 30 minutes after 10:00 am will be charged unless prior arrangements have been made with the host. We accommodate our arriving guests with a noon baggage drop so we cannot do both late checkout and accommodate our arriving guests. Your cooperation is appreciated.

7. If you make damages to the property, you will be charged $250 plus the damages you make, plus any days property cant be rented behalf the demage.
