Willow Barn

Willow Barn is the perfect property for families and groups of friends looking for a peaceful rural retreat in the Derbyshire countryside.



The cottage boasts an inviting log burner in the lounge to curl up by on those winter nights - one basket of logs is provided on arrival.



The fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, double oven and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine. Children's cutlery is available inside the property.



A twin bedroom on the ground floor is adapted for wheelchair access and for those with limited mobility with a ground floor bathroom. There are three further double bedrooms (two with ensuite shower rooms) and three twin rooms with an additional bathroom and shower room.

One of the property's most popular features is the large games room furnished with a pool table, football table and table tennis table along with a wide variety of board games and a TV.



A spacious terrace to the rear of the property, with garden furniture and barbecue, has phenomenal views over the beautiful Derbyshire countryside. Guests also have the option of enjoying a hot tub during their stay, which can be added as an optional extra at the time of booking. Guests will need to pay this directly to the owners of the property through a payment link before arrival. Hot tub charges for a short stay total $200, with a weekly stay charged at $250.



All linen and towels are provided and a cot and highchair are available on request. Please let us know your preferred bed setup at least two weeks before your arrival. If we do not receive this information in time, we cannot guarantee your requested arrangement.
