Just a few metres from the gorgeous beach at Kiotari, Villa Alia is perfect for a relaxing beachside holiday (the owners have even provided sunbeds and umbrellas for the guests on the beach) One of just four villas in this small complex Villa Alia also offers fabulous sea views, a lovely garden with some lawn (and a childrens play area ) as well as its’ own pool with a stunning waterfall feature.
The villa interior is spread over three levels, providing three bedrooms for just 4 people. Light and bright Villa Alia is modern but has a home from home feel and the open sea views get better the higher the floor so that the bedrooms on the top floor ( with balconies overlooking the pool) offer panoramic sea views. Villa Alia works best for families with older children as the two single bedrooms are in the lower ground floor whereas the Master double is on the top floor in all its splendour, or for a couple travelling with friends.
Kiotari village is just a short distance away where you can find a great choice of restaurants and some shopping, as well as beachside tavernas and beach cafe’s.
Please note that the Brick Built BBQ is shared between this villa and its three sister villas, in a communal area.
