Helianthi is a charming 40 sq.m. studio apartment located in the heart of the picturesque old town of Chania, Crete. Despite its close proximity to all the attractions and amenities, it enjoys a rather peaceful atmosphere as it is situated on the quiet side of a small pedestrian road.



The apartment is flooded with natural light and features a cozy living room with a sofa bed and modern furnishings, complete with a dining table. It also boasts a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a well-appointed bathroom. Additionally, there is a spacious double bed and ample closet space.



This apartment enjoys an ideal location, making it easy to access all the nearby tourist attractions on foot. The organized beach, a variety of shops, traditional restaurants, seafood taverns, cafes, and bars are all just a stone's throw away.

Excellent location in old town, 1 block from the port and on a great street in tiOwn with tons of restaurants and shops. Apartment was spacious and quiet and the property management company Oreo was incredible, responded to all of our questions immediately and were super kind and helpful! Host left us water, juice and Raki a local drink. Very nice of her. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation, central to everything and close to beaches.

We loved staying here in Chania! The location was outstanding. You could walk everywhere and even though tou were right in the middle of the hussle bussle, it was surprisingly quiet in the apartment. The bed wasn't super comfortable, but everything else was great. It was equipped with everything we needed and we would definitely stay again.The owners were very accommodating and allowed us to stay a few extra hours after check out due to the timing of our flight.

This apartment has everything you need, some extras and is very clean. It sits right in the middle of so many shops and restaurants. It's so convenient and you can find so many places to eat and shop right there. The organic cretan products shop next door is a great place to start. The restaurants are all great. The hosts were helpful. No complaints. I can't wait to come back again and will be back as soon as possible.

Our stay in Chania was short but sweet. We stayed there for 3 nights and could not have asked for a better place! Everything about this studio apartment is perfect. Location is simply outstanding. You walk out the door and have literally everything you need. You are in the heart of the Old Town. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Spacious. It was immaculate. Bedroom area is spacious, mattress a tad firmer than we like but if that’s your preference you’ll love it. Kitchen is very well equipped. If you plan on cooking you’ll be more than set! Bathroom is a tad small but also perfect. Christina was very pleasant to communicate with and she allowed us to check in a little early which we appreciated. We cannot recommend more highly this place!

Perfect Apartment! Perfect Spot!

This was the cutest place that had everything we needed. Easy to find and access was easy as well. It is located in the heart of all the action. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. The owner answered our questions promptly.

Diamond within the city

This appartment was a great surprise! It is in the middle of the old town, when you leave the door, you are in the middle of restaurants, boutiques and other beautiful places. The appartment has a very nice shape, was very clean and sympathic.
