Amzing

What a beautiful place to be! Very good and smooth checkin. Well equipped house. Pool was great and the views spectacular. Already dreaming of next vacation there. I think all was good.

Beautiful place

Beautiful place with orange plantation around it. Some parts are outdated but the views do pay it off. Best part of out stay were the 4 doggies that live with the keeper and come around from time to time to say hello.

We stayed there for 2 weeks it was nice and clean.

There is a housekeeper living in the same place but he was really nice and he never disturbed our stay. We had a great time, there are some animal sounds coming from around, just to let you know. )

Lovely house

We had a great stay in this beautiful house and really enjoyed the views, the rural feel of it all, the lovely garden and the adorable dogs of the downstairs neighbor. We hope to be back soon!

We highly recommend the villa

We highly recommend the villa, it was a lovely place to stay for a week with friends. Pool area and bbq is fantastic and stunning location in the mountains.Peter is a very friendly host and is on hand to help if needed.Clean and tidy with lots of areas to relax.A short drive to local supermarkets in Coín which is handy.

Lovely house in rural area

The house is really big and comfortable. The pool/barbeque area is fantastic. Pedro, the caretaker who lives in the lower part of the house, is extremely friendly and totally respects your privacy. We enjoyed the rural feeling of the place there are orange trees and animals everywhere. We definitely hope to be back! The house could be a little cleaner…

Nice house in country like environment

Nice house in a country like environment

It was a really nice house with a lot of space. Also really clean and quite except for some animals sounds but not really disturbing. Maybe add some more kitchen appliances, like a real Whisk. The fridge is a bit to small for 8 persons in our opinion.

Nice villa in the country

The strong points of the villa are its location and its very large swimming pool in the heart of nature. A coffee machine has been added in the kitchen, that’s great ! It was really missing !   However, there are a few problems with the villa itself : A few windows or doors are not closing/opening properly A “no more used fountain-drain” in the outdoor patio filled with still water and stones is crowded with mosquito larvae Mosquito screens are not efficient as they are for the most part scrapped or partly ruined. TV cannot be used as it should be, eg : it is not possible to read videos via an USB device

The house is lovely.

The house is lovely. The pool is great and the neighbour living downstairs (Peter) will help where he can when you need help. During our stay we had a forest fire quite close. The in between broker did not helpinform us. The neighbour did! He gave us comfort and was right. The broker was in panic.The house is new as a rental and shows signs of use from former owners. Musquito nets in all doors are not really working anymore so better use the airco.Airco's are new and in every room, perfect!Beaches and restaurants at 40 mins drive.Airport really close.I left the next tenants some good knives. If you like cooking, the kitchen is not really convenient ,)Pool and palmtrees make the outside great. Bbq is very pleasant too. Lots of seats and nice interior. Perfect family place.

Estancia tranquila, todo según las fotos. Había llovido, pero el mismo día habían limpiado la piscina. Muy contentos con la limpieza.

Accommodation in a full quiet location

The location os really quiet, not so far from COIN center where we can find everything. A new Coffee machine would be great! New mosquito screens should be installed.

Belle propriété, bien située et bien équipée

La situation de la propriété. La nouvelle télévision. La climatisation. Le four aurait mérité d'être nettoyé. L'eau chaude est longue à obtenir le matin.

Magnifique maiso

Magnifique maison. Le garde qui habite en dessous de la maison (peter) est vraiment très gentil et serviable. Ses chiens sont adorables, nous qui adorons les animaux c’est super, ils nous rendaient visite une fois par jour plus ou moins, ils assurent une certaine sécurité étant donné que la maison est située au milieu de la campagne ( le cadre est très agréable d’ailleurs) .La piscine est vraiment incroyable et bien rafraîchissante. Les seuls petits défauts de la maison sont les équipements très basiques et le fait qu’avoir une voiture sur place est quasi obligatoire. Nous avons passés un super séjour.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von sechs Personen zu Gast in dieser schön gelegenen, toll ausgestatteten Unterkunft.Zu unserer Freude liegt die Unterkunft leicht abgelegen und ist umgeben von Plantagen. Den Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool und schönen Sitzgelegenheiten haben wir ausgiebig genossen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Bei Fragen und Problemen stand der Plantagenbetreiber, der auf der Rückseite der Unterkunft im Untergeschoss wohnt, stets freundlich zur Verfügung.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
