VILLA NINFEA DEL LAGO

Surrounded by a wonderful 20,000 square meter park, in an atmosphere full of peace and tranquility, the elegant villa is located a few kilometers from the lake, in a splendid panoramic position.
Looking out from the many windows from inside the house or sipping a drink by the pool, you can enjoy all the charm of Lake Maggiore, in particular the Borromean Gulf, which with its three islands represents undoubtedly its most elegant area.
The 1940s villa was completely renovated in 2014, creating a unique location, with attention to every single detail, where you can spend a pleasant holiday on Lake Maggiore or where organizing a beautiful event or ceremony.
Behind it all, the soul of the villa is recognizable, the owner, who personally takes care of the reception of her guests and quality control and is available for any kind of assistance, information or advice on the area.

The Villa is very easy to reach: located less than 60 km from Milan Malpensa International Airport, it can be easily reached by motorway or by train from Milan Central Station in about an hour. It is also less than 5 km from Stresa and a few km from Switzerland, in particular in the elegant Ascona.
The Villa is divided on three floors and has the typical structure of villas dating back to the 1940s. What makes it unique are the large windows that dominate all its rooms and allow its guests to enjoy a breathtaking lake view.
The furnishings are elegant, sober and refined, with a deliberately retro accent and all the rooms are decorated by oil paintings and watercolors made by a local painter.

The sleeping area
occupies the top floor with 5 elegant bedrooms: three double and two twin-rooms, including a lakefront suite with large windows and a sitting area with an elegant sofa which, if necessary, can be transformed into a third bed.
The rooms are furnished with precious curtains, built-in wardrobes, refined beds and television, and they all have an en-suite bathroom made of marble, with shower, bidet and luxury finishes.

The living area
is located on the ground floor. The heart of the floor is the lounge, overlooking the private garden, and a large veranda with curtains and lake view.
Guests can relax on the white leather Chesterfield sofas, which surround the green alps marble fireplace, enjoy one of the liqueurs contained in an elegant vintage black leather bar cabinet, play chess on the old game table, or sit in the next living room, in front of the TV. The hall is embellished with an old Austrian grand piano, fully restored and in working order.
The living room leads to the stainless steel kitchen equipped with professional tools, also equipped with a large window overlooking the park. Finally, there is a dining room, a toilet and a living room with television and sofa, which if necessary can be transformed into the sixth bedroom with a double bed.
This room overlooks a pergola equipped with table and barbecue, where you can have lunch near the swimming pool, enjoying the view of the lake.

The wellness and fitness area:
occupies the entire basement, which can be accessed directly from the garden, or from the living area. It is a large space available to guests with jacuzzi, turkish bath, gym, relaxation beds, herbal tea corner, private bathroom with shower and a fully equipped laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Next to the wellness area, a multifunctional area has been designed, with television, several sofas and armchairs and a large table, a suggestive lake view with direct access to the garden.

The garden and the swimming pool:
The park is arranged on several levels which, from the entrance gate, alternate climbing up to the pine forest. Along the driveway, you enter a large garage, and continuing, you reach the square in front to the Villa.
The swimming pool (12x5m) os built in a privileged position, on a terrace, at ground floor level, which allows you to enjoy the lake view even while swimming.
The lawn around the pool is furnished with elegant deck chairs, umbrellas, a large table and an external shower.
From the pool an old stone staircase runs through all the other terraces up to the pine forest: here the view is breathtaking.
Inside the property there is also a play ground for children.

Price is valid up to 10 guests. The villa can accommodate up to 13 guests (prices on request for more than 10 guests)

DOG: € 100 per week

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: € 2.000 To be paid within one week before arrival to the Villa bank account.
To be refunded within 1 week after departure upon thorough check of property conditions.
No other payment method will be accepted, including any credit card amount holding made by the agency.

-Final cleaning penalty fee € 200 from deposit: Final cleaning is included but an extra fee applies if the property is not left in ‘normal cleaning condition’, especially the kitchen must be free of food, no dirty dishes left, and no dirty barbecue.

-Late check-out penalty fee € 200 from deposit
