Every detail of the decor has been carefully curated, and nothing is left to chance. Never mundane and with a distinct character, Frangimare’s style will steal your heart and make your photos truly unique: traditional Sicilian furniture, expertly restored, blends with exotic fabrics, antique chandeliers complement vintage and sophisticated table lamps, and hand-painted tiles bring a fresh glow to the various rooms.
Spanning two levels (for a total of 360 square meters), Frangimare consists of three independent suites (Aria, Acqua, and Terra) and a 90-square-meter living area.
On the upper level are the Aria and Acqua suites, overlooking the terrace with a sea view; on the lower level are the Terra suite and the living area, both with direct access to the porch and the garden.
Each suite, measuring approximately 90 square meters, consists of two double bedrooms, two elegantly decorated bathrooms with showers—one of which is en suite—and a living room with a small kitchen; the convivial living area consists of a main kitchen, a lounge area, a dining room, and a bathroom.
The Aria suite, with its palette of green and pink tones, impresses with the elegance of its in-room bathtub, perfect for enjoying a relaxing soak in complete tranquility; the Acqua suite inspires dreams with its unique writing desk overlooking the island of Panarea.
Both the Aria and Acqua suites have direct access to the spacious terrace, where you can sunbathe in complete privacy, sip coffee while seated at tables made of lava stone and hand-painted Sicilian ceramics—sheltered by the branches of maritime pines—or enjoy an aperitif with a view of the sea as the sun sets.
The Terra suite, on the other hand, opens directly onto the portico and the garden. Cozy and unique, this suite certainly doesn’t go unnoticed: its two bedrooms, rich in well-balanced contrasts, promote restful and creative sleep.
The living area also opens onto the veranda, featuring a large, fully equipped kitchen, the exquisite cedar dining table—which seats up to twelve people—designer furniture, and the comfortable sofa in the lounge.
From the porch—ideal for dining or relaxing while enjoying the splendid view of the town’s rooftops and the blue sky and sea—you can access the garden; citrus trees and fragrant flowers frame the infinity pool and the surrounding area, which features a bar and a pergola for al fresco dining.
Perfectly integrated into the landscaping, two small structures house the utility room and the laundry room.
There’s no shortage of space in the Frangimare courtyard: there’s also a large parking spot and an area equipped for electric scooters.
Shops, bars, and restaurants are a three-minute walk away.
