Crablake Farmhouse sits outside Exminster and can sleep 12 in six bedrooms.
This large, detached farmhouse has a kitchen with an electric rangemaster cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and wine cooler, a shared utility/boot room with washing machine, a dining room with seating for 12 and a woodburner, and a sitting room with smart TV. The bedrooms consist of three super king-sizes, a super king-size zip/link, a twin, and a ground-floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room, along with two bathrooms and two cloakrooms. The large garden has lawn, patio and furniture, and there is off-road parking for five cars. Within 1 mile, there is a shop, and within 0.9, a pub. One well-behaved dog is welcome; however, no smoking. Dogs must be kept on leads when in the grounds due to livestock. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair and travel cot are available. Celebrate a special family gathering with a stay at the elegant Crablake Farmhouse. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this property
