We have a beautiful rental house located on the beach, perfect for a relaxing vacation. One of the main attractions of this property is an amazing pool that is only 7 minutes from the house. The pool has a diving board, making it a fun place to enjoy with friends and family. Plus, it's deep enough for easy swimming.

The pool is also equipped with toilets, lounging chairs, showers, tables and chairs for those who wish to sunbathe or relax in the shade. In addition, it has electricity connectors to charge your devices and a sink for greater comfort.

The path leading to the pool and its surroundings are surrounded by exuberant nature, providing a quiet and private environment. You will be able to enjoy privacy and peace while you immerse yourself in the cool waters of the pool.

We are located in the central Pacific, 7 minutes from Playa Hermosa and 15 minutes from Playa Jaco. Manuel Antonio National Park is 55 minutes away
From the airport to Playa Hermosa it is 1 hour 30 minutes

The house is minimalist style, in the quiet and exclusive community of Loma del Mar, a closed residential with 24 hour security.
The house has a full kitchen, A/C, hot water in the bathrooms on the first floor, natural water in the bathroom on the second floor, very hight speed internet-100 Megas, barbecue grill, secure 24/7 guard on duty.

The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen-living room, It has five bedrooms, the are three bathrooms, A sofa bed and plenty of space, for the comfort of the guests.

Our second level terrace is open, has two rooms with a view , and enjoy starry nights and beautiful sunrises. The place will recharge you.

Each room of the house has different views and we like for our guests to rest well. All the mattresses are new; the A/C work well; the pillows and sheets of very good quality will give you an excellent rest. Located in a beautiful environment surrounded by exuberant nature in Costa Rica, this beach house is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the landscape.
