One bed flat , fully equipped, contemporary style in the City of London next to the Tate modern, near the millennium bridge and Shakespeare globe on the South Bank overlooking St Pauls cathedral. Excellent transport nearby
Lovely one bed flat on the third floor overlooking the river Thames, there is a balcony with table and chairs. Contemporary design with open plan kitchen diner, bedroom and sitting room windows have a view of the River Thames and the City of London.
Excellent City Location only a few mins walk from the Tate Modern Gallery, Blackfriars Station and local shopping, restaurants and pubs. Only 10 minutes walk to Shakespeare's Globe, the Millennium Bridge the City of London, the Bankside River Pier, Southwark Underground and Waterloo East Railway Station.

Enjoyed a relaxing and comfortable stay at Thames Bankside.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location. There is a lot going on nearby, but the building was quiet. Perfect for a good nights sleep. Communication with Peter was great as well.

Amazing!

This was a great place to stay for a quick trip to London. Close to a station for easy access, and great view of the Thames. The apartment was clean and Peter was so communicative and accommodating!

Great View of Thames

We have enjoyed staying at Falcon Point and will return to this area. It is convenient to Blackfriars station, and within walking distance to many places on our list to visit. The flat is supplied with glassware and cookware. Peter was very helpful and responsive to our inquiries.

Well-designed apartment In fantastic location

The flat is next door to Tate Modern and is very convenient to all of the activities on the Southbank, lots of good opportunities for food and drink as well close proximity to Southbank Centre, the Globe Theatre, Borough Market. The flat was as described and the management was very responsive to our requests. We’d stay there again in a flash.

Lovely flat in convenient location.

This was a super flat, and everything was just as shown. It's in a wonderful location right next door to Tate Modern, overlooking the Thames, Thames path, and St Paul's, and in close proximity to the Globe Theatre, Southbank Centre, and Borough Market. The management was helpful and responsive, and all the various amenities were in good working order. I would stay there again in a flash.

Great Apartment in Awesome Location

This apartment is in a great location for the Tate Modern, Borough Market, and Shakespeare's Globe. Short walk to St. Paul's for evensong, Tower of London, or Mercato Metropolitano for variety of food options. Coffee and groceries (Amazon Fresh, M&S, etc.) are nearby as well. Considering all that is going on nearby, the building itself was very quiet - which was great for a good nights sleep. Communication with Peter was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

It had it all

We spent 5 nights at the property.It had it all, and whatever other reviewers say, it is still valid in May 2025.Location spot on, food and drinks 100 meter, shops 300meter, Underground up to 5 minutes walk, Piccadilly Circus 35 minutes. Walking along the river is possible as long as one gets tired. Its recreational area so vibe reflects that. Last but not least I need to high lite support of Peter, representing of owner, he was excellent in providing of advises. We would always come back if possible. Best place to see London from IMHO.

Central London 2024

Our daughter lives nearby and found this flat for us in VRBO. She knows we love a great view and this did place did not disappoint. The Thames, St. Paul’s Cathedral and the Tate Modern and close proximity to Millinium Bridge, The London Eye and Burrough Market! The flat was very comfortable for the two of us with enough room to spread out and relax. The kitchen is well appointed and we loved the milk in the fridge upon arrival. Would highly recommend this flat and hope to return in the future.

Beautiful Southwark/London Bridge flat!!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this flat for 3 nights and it was an incredible stay! Peter was so informative and helpful, providing us with detailed instructions of travel to and from Heathrow, how to use the kitchen appliances, and recommendations in the area for food and drinks. The location is unbeatable- directly across from the Tate Modern and right on the Thames River. Easy to get transportation via the tube and ubers into the City of London and the views are breathtaking. We will definitely be back-thank you again Peter for our wonderful stay!

Central and clean

This is a great flat - we have stayed at many over the years but this was super clean, well fitted and in a wonderful location. Our son slept on the pull out in the living room which worked well (and the cleaners were nice enough to make up before our 8pm arrival). There was a fan for the hot nights, opening the windows at night wasn’t an option because of the noise. In fact, the noise from the pub below (Friday/Sat PM) is the only minor negative about this place. Stay here!!!!

Such a wonderful experience!

Our stay at Falcon point apartment was so great! The flat is very well conceived and perfectly furnished, with a splendid view on the Thames. Furthermore it's very well situated and allows one to travel all around London quite easily. Many thanks to our host Peter who has so kindly and efficiently answered our messages. We'll definitely come back!

Great spot in a great location

Remarkably helpful and attentive property management. Lovely view of the Thames, and a great location right next to the Tate Modern. Good amenities... all that we needed. Only minor issue is that the bed is a full-sized bed rather than a queen, but it was perfectly comfortable. The South Bank is my favorite place to stay in London, and this is an excellent place to be there.

Great location

This is a confortable, clean and well-maintained apartment with good, high spec facilities and incredible views - across the river to St Paul's from the front, with a balcony overlooking Tate Modern at the back. Location is very convenient for South Bank attractions and a couple of minutes from Blackfriars station. Check-in and info processes are clear and well-organised. Strong recommend.

“Our” new London flat!

Entire experience, from booking through check out, was exceptional. I don’t ever want to stay any place else in London! Prompt and friendly communication, and every request we made was cheerfully accommodated. We were concerned there was no air conditioning (as is the case in most of London) when we realized we had the bad luck to travel to London during the hottest days ever recorded. However, even as temperatures peaked above 40°C, the flat remained comfortable. It is in a perfect location for both black cabs and water taxis, and we walked comfortably almost everywhere. Highly, highly recommend.

Wonderful Place in a Wonderful Location

We traveled with our adult daughter and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The apartment was spotless and everything went very smoothly. The view across the river is fantastic. It is located next to the Tate Modern ( the view from the balcony), so visits there are effortless, but it is also very well located to the heart of the city, and the neighborhood itself is great, with Borough Market and the South Bank very close by. We would definitely stay there again.
