Arcana Santorini Villas is a complex of two fully equipped, independent Villas in a 1000 sq. metre stand alone terrain. Just a breath away from Santorini's caldera, Arcana Villas are surrounded by vineyards and are located 10 mins walking distance from the traditional village of Akrotiri.

Arcana Santorini Villas personifies everything that is heartwarming, generous, loving and embraces all the simple yet wondrous little things that one may appreciate in life.

Arcana Villa I, is a wonderful, spacious open planned Villa that covers in total 129 square metres and is composed of 2 separate bedrooms (2 King Size beds), a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a living room/dining space in which one may find two sofa-beds. Over its outdoor spaces one may find a charming terrace and a beautiful garden, a pergola and a dining space in which our guests can enjoy Arcana's homemade delicacies and authentic gastronomy.

Our professional and friendly team is here to provide a tailored-made service, so you can be introduced to the authentic side of Santorini. We propose a stay that will give you the opportunity to explore and fathom the wondrous and rare beauties of the Cycladic nature, history, culture, architecture and tradition. We’d like to thank Neela for her endless efforts and assistance. Her breakfasts were a perfect start to our days. She was always there help and her recommendations for restaurants were delicious. We would definitely recommend Arcana to our friends and would stay again if we return to beautiful Santorini. We’d like to also thank Anastasia for her prompt and friendly correspondence.

We had the most wonderful stay at Arcana Villas. Our party consisted of my partner, her mother, and me. We rented a two-bedroom villa, and it was spacious and clean. We intended to stay in a calm setting, apart from the bustle of the main Santorini port areas, and this was our dream home away from home. There was a small store and coffee shop a short walk away, as well as cliff-side bars and restaurants, and the ancient village of Akritori. The host and her daughter were a wonderful team, with the host providing delicious home-cooked breakfasts each day, which were included with the rental, as well as dinner for our enjoyment several evenings (they were offered for a small additional cost and upon request in advance), and all of the meals provided were so delicious! If we ever return to Santorini, we will be back to stay at this villa!

Excellent family stay

The placecwas charming, spotlessly ckean, and the hostess Nila was so warm and caring. She cooked an excellent breakfast for us every day. We had plenty of room to spread out, both indoor and outdoors. The patio and view were comfortable with a beautiful view. The location is off the beaten path of the tourists, but a clse drive to restaurants, beaches, or markets. Highly recommend staying here.

Peaceful!

My mom and I stayed at the Arcana villa for a week and absolutely loved it! The location has a beautiful view and is a short drive to the market, restaurants, and anything else you might need. It was away from the touristy areas which provided peace and quiet but was a short drive into those areas for shopping etc. We had an amazing breakfast prepared every morning by our host and she answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in a beautiful property

We had an amazing experience at Arcana Santorini villas. Its a beautiful place, built and kept with an eye towards relaxation and comfort. The views from the terrace are breathtaking and the property is very well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Nella is a great chef and prepared the most delightful breakfasts and dinners for us based on our preference. She took great care of us, and made the stay a memorable experience. We plan to visit again!

Lovely host

The host could not have been more lovely. It isn't close to town or the beach so a rental car would be a good idea. A good breakfast served every morning which was a nice start to the day. If one wanted to prepare dinners, the kitchen, and kitchenware. was limited. We never cared as we ate all dinners out.Walking to a bus was dangerous as there was a lot of traffic and no shoulder for pedestrians to walk on.It had a beautiful patio and large yard, which we enjoyed.

away from the crowds

the house and beds are very comfortable. the house was well equiped and stocked. Anastasia helped me book tours and a last minute car rental, and was extremely helpful. loved Nila's greek cooking and that she was always available, and she is very friendly and hospitable. this was a very relaxing and worry-free stay due to their warm attention and professionalism.

Large villa, away from the crowds

We had a nice stay at the Arcana. Our villa was larger than we anticipated, which was great. The patio and view were awesome. Nella our host was great. The breakfast she provided was lovely and plentiful. When we arrived she provided us a local bottle of wine, juices, and fresh fruit. We knew we were going to be off the beaten path but the drive to Oia and Fira were longer than we had hoped. It was a good location for Akrotiri and beaches.

Lovely Villa with friendly welcome

Villa was exactly as described, with Neella and her family providing a warm welcome. Breakfast was delicious on the patio. Location has four stars as the property is next to one of the main roads, which is great for getting about the island, but can be noisy in the evenings if you are eating outside. Would recommend hiring a car if staying here to get the most out of the trip. Only thing that could make it better would be a small plunge pool or swimming pool and then it would be almost perfect!

Quiet with gorgeous views and great service!

Prior to our arrival Anastasia was very helpful with communication and booking a car rental. Would recommend renting a car to tour around and come back home to your quiet, clean, spacious villa with 360 degree views and several terraces to take it all in. Lots of space for our family of 5. Neella was a fantastic hostess and went above and beyond with the presentation and cooking of the meals, gave us great advice on where to go and what to see and was just an absolute pleasure! Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Fabulous Stay in Santorini Countryside

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Arcana Santorini Villas. When you stay here you really get a feel for what life is like for locals yet you are only a few minutes drive from all of the villages and attractions that are available on the island. The villa we stayed in was spacious, clean and appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We can't say enough good things about Neela, our onsite hostess. She is an amazing lady who really made feel right at home. The listing mentions her chef skills and we took full advantage of them. We had a different breakfast every day and signed up for two dinners as well - all delicious. We felt a little guilty that there was so much good food but we couldn't manage to eat it all. Communication before and during our stay was spot on with both Anastasia and Neela - couldn't ask for better. Fantastic trip to Santorini - Thanks Neela & Anastasia.

Spacious House ideal for large group

Property Manager Anastasia was excellent in her timely correspondence. The house we stayed was the larger of the two houses could easily sleep 6 adults and was spread out across multiple levels thus giving even large groups their own space. The location of the property though is far from Fira - 10 + mins south of the city by car, and if you stay here you need to take a cab to Fira or Oia which is even further north. When they advertise the property as "walking distance to the beach", it's more like a 15 min walk at least. Luckily we found an excellent driver - Vasili (+30 697 318 7372) who provides transportation services and we used him extensively to get around to Fira, Oia etc. Summary - Great house with lots of space, but you need a car to get around.

Arcana, a beautifully landscaped property with a large unique four-story villa far exceeded our expectations! Upon arrival, we were greeting and given the grand tour. Wow…local white wine in the refrigerator, high end toiletries and bedding, comfortable pillows and beds, amazing showers and several patios where we could take in spectacular sunrises/sunsets. The highlight of our stay was our hostess, Neela – what a gem, very talented and caring. She truly made us feel welcome and we got to know her as a friend. Each morning, she brought us a delicious breakfast and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her adorable kitten, Bruno, kept us entertained. The property is close to a bakery and grocery store. The only minor negative about the property is it is located on a fairly busy road but that would not stop us from recommending the villa to anyone visiting Santorini. Thank you for opening your home and your amazing hospitality for our visit.

Perfect!!

We had an incredible stay at Arcana Villas. It was, without a doubt, the best accommodation we have ever experienced. Anastasia was fantastic in the time leading up to our stay. She emailed, coordinated, and even spoke to us over the phone. Once we arrived, Neela took care of us as if we were part of her family. The meals were delicious, far better than any restaurant. We loved being away from the busy parts of the island, yet close enough to walk, catch the bus, or take a short ride wherever we wanted to go. There is a bakery, pharmacy, and supermarket right down the road. We even walked to a winery. This is by far the best choice anyone could make to have an epic holiday, let alone an adventure of a lifetime!! Pro tips, fresh authentic greek food, and a HOME, not just a place to sleep. Hotels don't come close to the service provided by everyone involved. First class all around.

Beautiful Villa; Excellent Hospitality

Our family of 4 adults stayed here for 3 nights as part of a longer trip to the Greek islands. I wish we had stayed here longer! From the communication with Anastasia before our trip to the care and excellent food that caretaker Neela and her husband provided to the cleanliness, comfort and spaciousness of the home and grounds, this was a dream vacation. Anastasia was very helpful arranging transfers for us as well as recommending Neela make us dinner at the villa the day we arrived, among other ideas to enrich our stay. I cannot say enough about the hospitality and comfort of this villa. We were treated like family. This would be an ideal place for a home base for a long stay on the beautiful island of Santorini! We ferried to Santorini from Athens-Piraeus and rented a car which was wonderful to have on the island. We rented from a company located at the airport. Anastasia booked us transfers from the port to the airport when we arrived, as well as from the rental company to the port when we left. It sounds like a lot of shuttling but it was seamless with Anastasia's help. There is parking at the villa.

Villa with a view and a great experience!

It's a little difficult to know where to start because there are so many good things to say about our experience at this Villa. First, this is a family run business and you will not find a nicer, more welcoming family who made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Neela and her family were some of the kindest people we've ever met and they were incredibly hospitable. Not to mention that Neela's cooking was amazingly delicious and more varied than any restaurant experience we had in Santorini. No detail was too small for her presentation and depth of flavor in her breakfast preparation. My partner is gluten free and Neela prepared something special for her every day and was able to maintain the wonderful flavor for her that I enjoyed in my meals. The Villa itself is incredibly spacious with two full size bathrooms (showers & toilet) and a full size kitchen with an oven, refrigerator and dish washer (appliances were all very new and easy to use). The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bedrooms had a/c units that kept us cool. It was quite an experience to have all shutters and windows open to allow the Aegean Sea breeze blow through the house, which made it incredibly enjoyable (although that may be less of an option in the heat of the summer). I hope to visit again and see Neela and her family and experience her wonderful cooking. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have met them and had the experience we did. Thank you Neela (and team!).

We were disappointed there was no hot tub and the hostess was surprised that was advertised. The lady that fixed breakfast each morning was awesome and definitely a treat. The villa is lovely but I didn’t realize how far to the towns walking was challenging on the busy road outside the villa. However the hostess did her best to make us comfortable and welcome
