Ubicada a solo 5 minutos de "Playa de Muro", la playa de Muro es famosa por su belleza, con aguas turquesas, finas arenas y una encantadora vista del puerto, todo gratis. Los 5.5 kilómetros de playa brindan fácil acceso al mar cristalino. En un corto trayecto en coche, encontrará numerosos bares, restaurantes, supermercados, música en vivo, actividades acuáticas, el impresionante parque de s'Albufera y mucho más.



Esta espaciosa casa de 480 m² ofrece un interior moderno y cómodo. Los dos niveles, decorados con buen gusto, están amueblados con materiales de alta calidad, ofreciendo aire acondicionado en toda la casa y Wifi gratuito. Tiene 5 habitaciones, 4 baños y 1 aseo.



La zona de estar común en la planta baja incluye una acogedora sala de estilo zen, un comedor minimalista y una cocina hipermoderna. La mesa del comedor ofrece vistas del vibrante área exterior, creando un contraste agradable con el interior ordenado y confortable.



La cocina bien iluminada cuenta con un diseño elegante, una isla de cocina y la última tecnología. Está totalmente equipada para un uso funcional. Las comodidades modernas garantizan unas vacaciones de descanso, con grandes armarios empotrados y una caja fuerte para objetos de valor. Radiadores en toda la casa la mantienen cómoda durante la temporada más fresca. El sótano incluye una "sala de lavandería" con lavadora y secadora.

We loved the villa. It has everything you need, clean and in a completely fenced ground offering complete privacy and peace. The host lives nearby, and was very welcoming. The beach is near, and so are restaurants (with a car mind) but really, we barely wanted to leave the villa!!

excellent retreat from busy Muro

The place is an excellent retreat from busy Muro while still being well connected to drive down to the beachtown for day trips. Travelled with family ranging from 4 months to 90 years old - well suited for all, well equipped including for the children, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The place itself and grounds are huge - plenty of room for our 7 adults and 2 infants. We didn't really use the playgroundgames room as it was 30 degrees + most days. The local host stood out too dropping us round some home-cooked treats when we were having a BBQ on the first day.

Fantastic family villa

The villa was perfect. Large pool, vast grounds, modern and comfortable. In a peaceful rural location but still close to amenities, restaurants & the coast. Lovely host who brought us some home cooked Mallorcan food as well. A high recommend from me!

Fabulous family holiday at Es Garrover es Vela

We had a wonderful holiday at this beautiful, modern villa set in lovely gardens. The property is well equipped and the staff at 5 Star Homes were extremely helpful (even after delay at airport meant we arrived in the middle of the night). Not much within walking distance but plenty of shops and supermarkets about 10 minute drive away. Plenty to keep you busy at the Villa with volleyball/football pitch, lovely pool, table tennis, pool table, darts, gym and park area. An all round fabulous villa and a great place to stay to explore Majorca.

Fabulous house with great facilities

Cate, our host, was truly great, even though she has no English and we have no Spanish. The house was superb. Main bedroom could have done with some doors for privacy to the bathroom and also a mirror in the bedroom. Great pool facilities, but a few little drinks tables would have been a useful addition. However, no complaints, except that we couldn't stay longer.

Lovely house in Llubi

We spent one week in the house, and we vere quite happy about it. It had everything we needed, the aircondition worked fine and the key box worked brilliantly at arrival/departure. The pool seemed bigger than on the pictures. There were plenty of chairs and sunbeds. The negatives must be a very uncomfortable bed in the master bedroom, and Llubi being a pretty boring and uncharming village. We also missed the garage stated in the listing, and several times we had to park a bit far from the house. The internet connection was a bit slow, and it only worked inside the house.

My family had a brilliant time at the villa, Its a special place with excellent facilities that ensured that my family had a special time and made so many family memories. We would highly recommend this villa, great pool, big bedrooms and as important supported by a fantastic team - at 5StarsHome Trust & Travel, especially Kimberley, the most attentive and sincere professional that I have ever spoken with regarding any holiday that I have booked. At 63, thats alot!!. Knowledgeable, caring above all efficient. I cant forget Cati, you will read about her all through the reviews - they are all true. She is wonderful, makes you feel at home and helps so much. Always going the extra distance to make your holiday special (even acted as a taxi driver! 6 adults and 2 children under 3 had the best holiday, strongly recommend this company. We are looking to go back next year and this time we will be hiring a car. The taxis are terrible. Especially Mallorca cabs who do not turn up, leave you with young kids without getting home.

On arrival, we had to clean the kitchen and all the kitchen utensils. On the second day, the house was burgled and the help was of little use. The agency 5StarsHome only communicated via Whatsapp and did not bother to help us in any way, be it going to the police with us or taking security precautions. The homeowner only told us that it was impossible to break in, but the house has several unlockable windows and the fence is slightly passable at the most critical point. She didn't want to know about this and simply ignored us. They also didn't tell us that a stranger or the staff, who had never done anything all week, also lived in the house and had access. And the police also mentioned that the house was predestined to be burgled. For these reasons, we requested a personal inspection so that we would be guaranteed to get our deposit back. Nevertheless, the agency and the landlady accused us of stealing a music box and had the cheek to take a disproportionate amount from the deposit. I would not rent any more holiday homes from 5StarsHome as they have no qualms about ripping off customers.

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. However, it is truly a shame that your comments do not coincide with the truth about this beautiful villa, nor the service provided by our agency. I would like to clarify a few points raised in your review: 1) Cleanliness – This is not true at all. The villa is professionally cleaned and checked before the arrival of all guests. This is also reflected in the many reviews we have about this home. You personally sent me a message after your arrival, claiming that the villa was wonderful. 2) Security in the villa: We take the safety of our guests very seriously. While Mallorca is generally safe, we understand that incidents can happen anywhere. After a thorough investigation, we found no signs of a break-in. To reassure future guests, please note that the villa is equipped with: -Reinforced glass on all entry doors -Lockable doors and windows -Lockable shutters (Outside of the window, so that the house can be secured whilst still having air flow) -Multiple safes for valuables 3) Agency Support: We did absolutely everything in our power to help. We are not the police, nor a technician, so there is a limit to our capabilities. Here is how we tried to help: -Replied to you immediately throughout the night, then again early in the morning and throughout the entire day. - Guidance on how to report a burglary, including links to resources and locations of nearby police stations -Offering to translate on your behalf to the local police -Sent somebody to meet you at the home at 8am, to escort you to the police station to make the report. - A technician and the owner came to inspect the property. We are sorry that you do not find this to be sufficient, and we would love to know how we could have helped further in this situation. Based on our investigation and your own statements, it appears the villa may not have been properly secured before you left for the evening, which could have allowed unauthorized access. However, due to inconsistencies in the information provided, we cannot definitively confirm that a burglary occurred. We did notice that a speaker went missing at the end of your stay, for which we charged the corresponding amount and provided a receipt. The remainder of your deposit was promptly refunded, as the villa was left in good condition. We handle numerous deposits each year and are pleased that such situations are exceptionally rare. Our agency is dedicated to providing an exceptional holiday experience for all our guests. For over 8 years, the villa Es Garrover es Velar has consistently delivered a memorable stay for families and groups of friends seeking a fantastic and unforgettable holiday in Mallorca.

Nice house for holidays

Me and my wife enjoyed the house fully: recently renovated house offered good comfort, good setting to explore the island more and also the village plaza was located only few hundred meters downhill. Air conditioning in every room was plus, also wife recommended the hair dryer. Pool was large enough, our 10 days was just short enough to not need pool cleaning (we cleaned some leaves by ourselves) and jacuzzi was bonus. Yard was situated pretty perfectly as most of the time there was shadow to sit along the sunshine. Only minor complains were from the otherwise new kitchen: hard to use microwave/grill oven and not enough utensils to cook (mostly missing mixing bowls and more spatulas etc.) - enough though to most of the dishes (and of course solvable otherwise) and most of the glasses didn't fit in the dishwasher. But like I said, very minor and we used pots to mix and washed glasses by hand. House contains 2+ Mbit internet connection with Wifi! It wasn't mentioned in Homeaway site thus it was totally cool addition - it was stable enough to watch tv in my iPad. I have some experiences of the Islands 3G and Wifi offering and this beated them all (we did have prepaid 3G also). Also short map with the local places would be welcome (as we came after 12 hours of traveling, totally tired) - where is the nearest shops (there is three of them in the village) etc. Inca has big shops but bread and short supplies are sometimes needed. Sometimes some noise from the street but this is house in the village, not rural finca... Welcoming package of beer, water, juice etc. was also nice addition of the house team. I have to recommend also DaiCa restaurant, located few hundred meters from the house - one of the most pleasant and tasteful meals I have had. Central location of the house was one of reasons to choose place - few kilometers to Inca and M-13 highway (I recommend to use central highways to travel - most of the other roads are shepherds paths even that navigator / maps say you can drive 90 km/h there... if your car will keep on the narrow, curved road and no other vehicles will come..). Shortly: excellent house, nicely renovated, good management, good communication prior the rental and everything went 5/5 from our part. Highly recommended.

Todo en la casa estaba perfecto limpieza, decoracion y las instalaciones. De cara al invierno la parte del gimnasion estaba muy fria, se podria poner un radiador de calefaccion.

A wonderful place to return. Un maravilloso lugar para volver

The "Villa Romantica" we had in Llubí (Majorca) is simply wonderful. It's a fully-equipped old house completely renovated that caters for everything you need. The pictures on the webpage portray exactly what the house is like although I must say it's even more beautiful when you are in the house itself. We had drinks to welcome us and everything is so new and clean that it has been a real pleasure our stay in the house. It is really ell located because it's in the centre of the island and this allows you to travel in all directions without having to spend a long time in the car. We were able to visit a great part of the sland because of this excellent location. Going to the house at night was very relaxing because the village is really quiet and we slept very well. The pool is a plus after a long day visiting the beautiful Majorca. Nicolás, the person from the organization we met is a friendly and helpful young man. No doubt we shall return to this house. La "Villa Romántica" en la que nos alojamos en Llubí es espectacular. Tiene de todo. Es una casa antigua de pueblo totalmente renovada y con todas las comodidades. Es igual que en las fotos de la página web aunque yo diría que la realidad supera la impresión que te da la página web. A la llegada teníamos bebidas de bienvenida en el frigorífico y todo estaba tan nuevo y tan limpio que daban ganas de quedarse en la casa. Está muy bien situada en el centro de la isla lo que te permite viajar en todas las direcciones para ver Mallorca sin necesidad de hacer grandes desplazamientos. Visitamos muchísmos sitios y la vuelta a la casa con la piscina era realmente algo impagable. Llubí es un pueblo muy tranquilo por lo que el descanso nocturno estaba asegurado. Nicolás, el joven de la organización que conocimos fue muy amable y nos orientó sobre qué hacer en la isla. Sin duda está en nuestros planes volver a esta casa tan estupenda.

Eine Oase im beschaulichen Dorf LLubi

Wir haben das Haus mit Hilfe eines Navis sofort gefunden und waren positiv überrascht,dass die Beschreibung und Bilder im Internet mit der Realität übereinstimmten! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. Das Besitzer Ehepaar hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und mit vielen guten Tipps versorgt. Alles war sehr sauber und die Küchenausstattung war für uns Selbstversorger ausreichend. Für Gourmets ist im Ort das Restaurant "DAICA" zu empfehlen. (ca. 5 Gehminuten , "Sterneküche" bei gutem Preis! ) Besonderen Reiz hatte für uns der schön gestaltete Innenhof mit Pool. Wir haben Ausflüge in die umliegenden urigen Dörfer gemacht und ans Meer fährt man nicht länger als 25 Minuten.Diese Unterkunft ist von uns uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen!

Beautiful villa

Beautiful villa situated in peaceful surroundings but within easy reach of the main towns. The villa grounds are extensive with a volleyball court, playground, large pool (not heated) and plenty of room to relax in private. The villa is contemporary with good proportioned rooms and a well stocked kitchen.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Die Finca war perfekt für uns tolle Anlage mit einem herrlichen Pool und super Ausstattung. Es war alles großzügig vorhanden und wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Kurze Wege zum herrlichen Strand und zum einkaufen bei kleinen Problemen war Cati sofort zur Stelle! Wir kommen gerne wieder

6 Wochen Workation mit Freunden

Wir waren 6 Wochen in der Finca, von denen ich 4 Wochen gearbeitet habe. Dafür war die Finca perfekt geeignet. Gutes und stabiles Internet sowie ein Schreibtisch im Schlafzimmer ermöglichte ungestörtes Arbeiten. Darüber hinaus konnten wir aufgrund der 5 Schlafzimmer auch regelmäßig Freunde empfangen, was den Urlaub perfekt abgerundet hat. In der Finca fehlt es an nichts. Sie ist wunderschön und verfügt über großzügige Flächen. Der Pool ist sehr groß und ausreichend tief.

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, servicios, instalaciones y estado del alojamiento y comunicación
Die Unterkunft war für 10 Personen super geeignet. Wir nutzten die verschiedenen Plätze zum Handball — und Volleyball spielen, genossen den schönen Pool mit den bequemen Liegen. Wir fühlten uns rundherum sehr wohl.
