Maiden Moor - an apartment that sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms

Maiden Moor is a real ‘home from home' with full central heating, double-glazing, and two allocated car parking spaces adjacent to the entrance, ideal for those travelling separately.

The modern kitchen is fully fitted and very well equipped with everything you would need for a perfect self-catering holiday; integrated gas hob, electric oven, fridge with ice box, microwave, dishwasher, radio and breakfast table. The washer/dryer can be found in the cupboard off the hall.

The lounge is spacious, light and comfortable with a two seater electric reclining settee and two chairs, along with an extendable dining table & 4 chairs, large smart TV, DVD player, LED Living flame wall fire, along with fell views to enjoy!

There are 2 very comfortable bedrooms; the first with a king size bed and quality tempur mattress offering the highest comfort, plenty of storage space with two large wardrobes , and two bedside tables. There is an ensuite off this room with shower,WC and wash hand basin.

Across the hall you will find the second bedroom with a double bed, bedside table and fitted wardrobes.Both bedrooms are dressed with luxury linen and towels.

The fully tiled shower room comprises a walk-in shower, WC and hand basin. Cole and Lewis bathroom toiletries are offered in the shower rooms.

Free unlimited WI-FI throughout.

The apartment is conveniently situated a stones throw from Booth's supermarket (which has an electric car charging point) and the E-Venture shop for easy bike hire.

We love maiden moor ….. Home to home Got everything we need Location - perfect This is our 2 time stay and are coming back next year and booked again for 2027 No complaints or negative feedback - 100 percent perfect Prices - well, we can’t moan that as we can’t complain about that because everything are there we want with lovely view of mountains

Ideal place to stay in Keswick

Our second stay at Maiden Moor and when visiting Keswick again, we will stay there. Everything you need for self catering and very cosy. Another benefit, walking distance into Keswick.

Lovely cottage. Beautifully furnished. Very comfortable. In the centre of town with parking. This was our second stay here and it did not disappoint.

The allocated parking and being so close to the bus stop means you can park your car up at the start of your holiday and hop on the bus and visit the surrounding areas such as Buttermere or Borrowdale. An excellent holiday accommodation , (our fourth time here)

Maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. Close to the centre of Keswick yet in a quiet location. Our fourth stay here and we hope to return next year.

Lovely cottage

Great cottage and fantastic location. Super clean and comfortable. Parking for 2 cars is very easy. Booths is very handy ! The only thing I was surprised by is the absence of a freezer in the otherwise extremely well kitted out kitchen. There is a small freezer section in top of fridge but this is only really suitable for ice cube trays. Other than this it was perfect.

Great Stay

We had a great holiday at Maiden Moor Clean and modern flat in a prime location The only downside was the king size bed it was very soft and uncomfortable we both had bad backs by the end of the stay Having said that we would gladly return if we new the mattress had been changed

Have been visiting Keswick for about 30yrs and have to say this was the best holiday let we have stayed in. Very clean and comfortable and furnished to a very high .

Wonderful little flat

Our 4th stay at Maiden Moor, still as fantastic as ever. The location of the property is excellent, and the cleanliness, comfortable beds and reclining chairs wonderful. An added bonus would be a small coffee machine in the kitchen, but that's a minor want!

Wonderful week

One of our best stays in Keswick. Perfect quiet location, really comfortable and to top it all great weather! We have already booked for next year and can’t wait to go back.

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

We loved the luxury of a tempur mattress and reclining armchairs. We have never been so comfortable in a holiday property, Also loved the location so near to Booths but with no through traffic. We are hoping very much that new owners don’t change the style of bed and chairs as we will definitely return if the comfort level remains the same,

Long weekend in Keswick

The apartment was lovely perfect for the 4 of us. Only minutes away from supermarket and all the shops of Keswick easy walk to lake.

A great week

Maiden Moor is our favourite Keswick Cottages property! We've stayed here a few times already and hope to be back again before too long. It's close to the shops, bus station and the Lake so it's easy to avoid using the car. And the cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. The weather obliged for us too, so pretty much a perfect week.

excellent facilities and location

Great location, perfect for town and the countryside. The flat is well equipped and has everything you could need on your holiday the beds are very comfortable. The parking is a great bonus. This was our first visit to Maiden Moor but it will not be be our last.
