You couldn’t ask for a better location in Deal, than Pier View. A sunny bay window looks out on to the sweeping seafront and iconic pier. This light, bright, and colourful apartment is the perfect couple’s bolthole. Situated just yards from the seafront pubs and cafes, and the bustling high street, you might as well leave the car at home and arrive relaxed by train.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.

Another great stay at Pier View!

I have stayed at this property four times now - it is so homely, nicely decorated, has great tranquil energy, and an amazing view over the sea. I would happily live here or have it as a second home! Being so close to the high street and two large supermarkets is also super handy. It is a great option for solo visitors and couples.

Wonderful holiday flat

We really enjoyed our return stay at Pier View. The flat is in a perfect position with excellent views of the beachfront and with all amenities and comforts. It is bright and modern with every facility for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday. We hope to return again next year as we had wonderful holiday. The sea view from the flat is amazing and we would definitely recommend it thank you

Great stay in Deal

This was our second time at the Pier View flat and once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat is perfect in more ways than one - the splendid view, the cosy atmosphere and being so close to the beach and shops made for a great holiday. Would love to come again.

Beautiful place

Very clean and comfortable flat with great view over the pier. Great location near the old town with shops close by and free parking not too far away. Tried the characterful and homely pub next door (The Bohemian) and the interesting micro brewery round the corner (The Just Reproach). Great place to relax.

Pier View holiday in Deal, Kent

We have had a brilliant holiday staying at this lovely, homely, comfortable flat on the seafront in the centre of Deal. We highly recommend it for a holiday as it is in a perfect location, with excellent facilities, comfortable, clean and colourful, overlooking the pier. We hope to return again in the near future. The staff at Keepers Cottages were very friendly, helpful and obliging.

A Lovely Apartment

Pier View is a fabulous apartment in a fantastic location. Wonderful views overlooking the pier and beach. Very quiet.warm and cosy. The decor and furnishings were really lovely. Lots of thought gone into it. We will definitely stay again. We love Deal.

Ideal Deal

A charming flat with a fantastic view across the channel - a delightful place to come to back to after a long walk along the seafront or after visiting some of the sights along the local coast. An ideal place to recharge those batteries and breathe in the sea air.

Pier View

The apartment is all about that wonderful view of the sea and pier. We sat for hours mesmerised by it and enjoyed eating fish and chips in the bay window looking out over the sea. My only criticism of the apartment, and why I would be reluctant to stay again, was the noise from the pub next door which is open until 2am on a Friday and Saturday night. The bedroom window is single glazed and overlooks a small alleyway so we had drunk rows in the early hours and were then woken at sunrise by pigeons which are nesting right outside the window. It didn't make for a particularly restful stay. Shame as the apartment is fantastic otherwise, clean and right in the centre of town. We appreciated the milk in the fridge and goodies on arrival.

Great apartment in great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Pier View. The apartment is very centrally located, making everything within easy walking distance, so you don't necessarily need a car whilst there. The apartment was clean, tidy and well furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views from the bay window are potentially great, however, unfortunately there was scaffolding outside the property when we arrived, and a large sign was placed in front of the bay, which obscured the main view unless you were standing up or actually sitting in the bay looking left or right. It would have been nice to be told this prior to arriving, as the view was one of the main reasons we booked this apartment, so we were a bit disappointed about this aspect and not being advised in advance. However, that aside, we had a lovely stay and would still recommend. We've been to Deal several times now, always booking via Keepers Cottages, and love the town and wider area. There are so many interesting places to visit, good walks, lots of lovely restaurants, etc, so we keep coming back.
