Indoor facilities
Villa Thoe is a two-storey villa consisting of two bedrooms, one on each floor. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room for 6 guests and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV. On the same floor, you will find a bedroom with a double-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, fully equipped that will help you have relaxed moments with privacy. On the first floor, there is another bedroom with a double-size bed with a satellite TV, an ensuite bathroom and access to the veranda where the beauty of the sea is stunning! The extensive use of wood and stone in and out of the villa underlines the elegant and minimal design that smoothly connects the natural elements with modern architecture. Don’t miss the mesmerizing view from every spot of the villa to the endless blue of the Cretan Sea.

Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a swimming pool and a lounge area with sofas making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset in Falassarna. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun. A sitting area and a dining table for 6 provide relaxing moments for you and your loved ones. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside the villa.

The villa provides daily breakfast for all guests, a daily cleaning service, and changing of bath towels and linens every 3 days. These services are included in the price of the reservation.

The villa's location is at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains. The elevated position affords magnificent vistas from the infinity pool, terrace, and interiors. The most well-known sandy beach of Falassarna with crystal blue waters is located about 450 meters from the villa. Don’t miss that the villa offers access to restaurants that are located nearby.

The villa is part of a complex with two villas, one close to the other, each one with its own facilities and amenities.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
