Set on the second floor of Ryedale House, Apartment 212 is a stylish space perfect for a city break. Nestled in the corner of the super stylish living area is a cocktail bar, where you can create your own pre dinner cocktails, the seating area has space for everyone, complimented by the fitted kitchen and dining table that seats 4.

Whether sitting back and relaxing in the sumptuous seating area, watching a movie on the large screen TV, enjoying an evening of dining in or a holiday breakfast prepared in the the fully fitted kitchen - Apartment 212 @ Ryedale House offers you the perfect space for everything.

There are two lovely bedrooms, both offering kingsize beds to snuggle down into at the end of a very busy day. There are two ensuite bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and the other with a bath with shower over it. Both have under flooring heating and warming towel rails. There is also a separate toilet.

With plenty of space the apartment is great for either a family or friends who are looking for a thoughtfully furnished, stylish base in York, add in the allocated on site parking space and you are all ready to go!

212 Ryedale House

Great apartment for couples. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Although could do with a few more coathangers for clothes in wardrobe and both extractor fans in bathrooms didn't work need fixing. Other than that the apartment is in a great location. Few minutes walk to shops and pubs. Also great if going to Barbican for a show. Added bonus of a parking space. Would return.

Great apartment in York

Apartment 212 in Ryedale House has everything you need for a stay in York. Great location for city centre and the theatres including the Barbican. Added bonus of a parking space. It's clean and modern and great for 2 couples as both bedrooms had an ensuite.Would stay again.

Perfect place to stay in York

Very close to the centre, lots of convenience stores close by, great pubs and little cafes/bakeries around the corner! The customer service team are very responsive, friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious with 4 of us, clean and well equipped - we cooked a full roast dinner and only struggled with peeling veg! Would recommend 10/10 and will be staying again :-)

Ideal location

We were a party of four adults and had a very comfortable stay in apartment 212 at Ryedale House. The apartment was in an ideal location for exploring the city. The concierge was very helpful upon arrival and the apartment was spotless. The only thing I couldn't find, which would have been helpful, was a pair of kitchen scissors. Unless I just couldn't see them for looking!

Lovely stay in York

Lovely, clean apartment. Beds are really springy and painful so these could definitely do with a change. Otherwise an absolutely lovely apartment in a great location. Cleanliness is important to me when I’m staying away and I can definitely say the bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned to a high standard. Keep it up!

Could be Better

The location of this apartment is perfectly situated for exploring York, and the benefit of a parking space. We liked the decor and cleanliness, however the beds are not comfortable, the mattresses are springy and need replacing. There is only one tv in the lounge which does not have the usual terrestrial channels, but has apps such as bbci and itv x. We wouldn’t return to this apartment but would still book through Stays York to another apartment as there customer service is good, and they are very responsive when contacted with questions or queries.

Home from home

212@Ryedale was a beautiful apartment. Arrived on a horrible wet day and it was lovely to open the door to a very warm and cosy space. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. There was a van in our allocated parking space when we arrived but this was dealt with immediately by York Stays. The only thing I would comment on (already reported to York Stays) is the unmarked glass panel at the entrance to the lounge. Although we were there for 3 days and kept reminding ourselves that it was not an opening, I managed to walk straight into it on our last morning banging my head. Fortunately no harm done to either myself or the glass panel! I would highly recommend York Stays and 212@Ryedale.

Elegant apartment close to the centre of York

A wonderful apartment - we were very happy here (ours was a long stay of a few months). Lots of space, very accessible, short walk into the centre of York. A real pleasure to stay in such a beautifully presented place.
