Thank you for your feedback, Amir. We are pleased that you appreciated the apartment’s location and the views from the rooftop terrace, which are among the features many guests value most. We are sorry to hear that parts of your stay did not meet your expectations. We would, however, like to clarify that the photos shared appear to show items from a storage cabinet intended for staff use only. This cabinet is normally kept locked, is not part of the guest facilities, and is not used during guest stays. Regarding the BBQ and utensils, these are cleaned as part of our regular turnover procedure. Following your comments, we carried out an additional inspection and deep cleaning and also reinforced our final housekeeping checks. With regard to the sun umbrella, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the replacement was delayed due to temporary supplier unavailability, despite our efforts to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We take all guest comments seriously and always review feedback carefully. At the same time, we are proud that many of our previous guests have specifically highlighted the cleanliness, communication, and location of the apartment.
