Modern Apartment that is a short stroll from the beach and near to town.
Own Parking , pet friendly and very peaceful.
If you want to get away from the stress and worries , this is the place to be. Please note that this apartment is in the first floor and will require you to climb a flight of stairs. However the hallway and stairs are well lit and have a good solid handrail to hold onto. Inside the flat there is also a couple of steps up to the bedroom and one down to the toilet room.

Perfect little place to stay in Weymouth not too far off the Dorchester road and local amenities. The flat was lovely and clean and had everything you needed for a short break including convenient parking. Georgina was responsive and communicated lots of useful information about the flat.

not a good start as did not have access code to get key.Eventually after 30mins on phone with VRBO go it..see that hostess had emailed it 15/8!!!tree felling on adjacent property was annoying but not to blame hostess

From entering the apartment the first thing we noticed was the smell of cigarette smoke. Having walked around the apartment we noticed how nothing was finished off. Cracks on the ceiling, uncleaned microwave, the tumble dryer was full of sand and the filter was full of fluff. A used razor was left in the shower. Overall the apartment didn’t feel deep cleaned for the next visitor. On the website it stated a 5 minute walk to Weymouth beach, a 12 minute walk to Weymouth harbour, although this is definitely not correct. This is more like drive than walk. The hosts were very helpful when we had issues with the TV. Overall our stay was okay.

Das Apartment war nicht gut geputzt, noch Fußnägel vom Vorgänger auf dem Boden, viele Spinnweben und Flecken auf der Bettwäsche. Aber gute Lage und perfekter Parkplatz.

We had a great stay. All communication from the hosts was detailed and clear. This was very much appreciated. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable, perfect to our needs. We love Weymouth and found the location of this great for all we needed to do.

Lovely flat, spotlessly clean. Good central location. Good facilities, only 2minor things, the shower head needed descaling as the holes were mainly blocked, and the 2hand basins did not hold water it kept draining out. Otherwise a brilliant place to stay for a week in Weymouth.

Really nice apartment ideal for a couple.

Quite close to local park to walk the dog. Allocated car parking space which was useful. Clean and tidy apartment.

Perfect stay

Perfect perfect stay, warm and cosy,radiator control at your finger tips. Lovely pots and pans,comfy bed. Very quiet area. We extended 2 days for easons of food poisoning and Georgy so accommodating which was fabulous. We would stay there again with out a doubt. Decoratedfor Christmas/ New Year which was lovely. Onsite Parking is great as street parking was busy. Thankyou Georgy. A lovely time was had by the Ellis’s

Wonderful Xmas break

My sister & I stayed for a week for Xmas, everything we could of wanted & more, love the apartment & location, wanted to book for next year at Xmas again but noticed the apartment is up for sale, quite upset as it was everything we could of asked for

Great simple flat for a family holiday

Had a great time in Weymouth with my two kids (9 and 2). The bed was comfy for me, 9 used the sofa bed and there was plenty of space in the bedroom for 2's travel cot. I also brought a highchair with a tray because the table and stools are quite high and not suitable for a toddler. The flat is small and simple but was exactly what we needed. It's on the first floor and there are four steps from the bedroom to the toilet, so maybe not good if you have mobility issues, but fine for us. Host was very helpful and we would stay here again

Lovely decor

Very pretty inside, good base to explore Weymouth and beyond. We didn’t cook but kitchen was very well equipped. The only downside was the shower. Hubby is tall and struggled .

Lovely short break

Stayed over the bank holiday weekend. Nice quiet location with a very short walk to Weymouth centre. And the parking space was a bonus! The apartment had everything we needed and we had no problems.

Wonderful hosts

Perfect for a couple of nights in Weymouth over Christmas to see parents. On multi level - fine for us. Kitchen well equipped. Some beautiful Christmas touches that we really appreciated our first Christmas away from home. I found the bed lumpy, but I am a very very poor sleeper. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Summer break

Mattress very uncomfortable. People with limited mobility would struggle with the different levels. Communal area very shabby carpet coming away from grippers on the stairs. Blinds do not keep out the morning light and the security light flashing on and off. Best thing was the private parking.

Great place to stay for self catering holiday

2 people ( couple) staying for 3 nights. Initial appearance of main entrance hall a little disappointing, however, this is a shared area with few other flats/ apartments. That said, this did not distract from our accommodation up one flight of stairs. Apartment has a very homely feel. Comfortable and airy, with lots of light from 2 windows in main living area. Sofa bed and table with stools. Kitchen area very well equipped for self catering/ cooking and eating. Bedroom has plenty of storage and also provide hairdryer. Shower and sink off bedroom.Seperate toilet. All towels provided. Very quiet at night despite being in residential area. Great proximity to town and beach, 10 - 15 min walk. Several supermarkets close by. Accommodation has dedicated parking spot at rear, so able to leave/ park car for duration of holiday at no extra cost. Great value for money and this was a last minute booking. Owner maintained good communication from initial booking through to departure time which was extended on request. We will definitely come back!
