CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: This unique & homely apartment is both stylish and spacious, set across two floors of the building with a balcony and garden roof terrace offering a lovely home away from home during your stay in London. The apartment is located in the heart of Bayswater and just a short walking distance to Hyde Park. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, featuring a super king size bed in the master suite and twin singles in bedroom 2, each equipped with en suite bathrooms.
The Space:
Occupying the whole of the first and second floors of the terraced building the apartment is accessed accessible via the building's elevator to the second floor. Once in the apartment you you will find both bedrooms, bathrooms and a dedicated utility room on the second floor. The master suite features a comfortable super king size bed with luxury bedding & linens, large fitted wardrobes and dress area, and a large en suite bathroom with a double basin vanity unit. Bedroom 2 also features a large en suite bathroom with bathtub and twin single beds in the bedroom.
Downstairs you will find the open plan kitchen/dining which is fully equipped for cooking substantial meals area as well as the office area and living areas. The main living room has extra high ceilings, original period features and large sash windows opening to the balcony at the front of the property, whilst a separate living area to the rear has double doors extending out to the private garden roof terrace. There is also an additional W/C.
The house is also regularly used by the owners and you will find the owner's possessions in the home - we kindly ask that you respect their belongings and please do not remove anything placed in cupboards.
Guest Access:
Guests will have sole access to the property throughout their stay!
The Neighborhood:
Situated in the Heart of London, Bayswater area. Just a short walk away from London's well known Hyde Park, Kensington and Notting Hill areas
The vibrant high street of Queensway is filled with shops, coffee stops, restaurants, bars, pubs and much more located just one street over! Here you will also find the nearly tube stations. 3 minute walk to Bayswater station and 5 minute walk to Queensway. This is a great location in London to situate yourself to easily access all major sites! The walk to Hyde park is five minutes and the walk to Notting Hill and Kensington is 15 minutes!
Getting Around:
The property is located just off Queensway. The closest tube station is Bayswater which is located on the circle line, just a 5-minute walk away. If arriving by train into Kings Cross or Paddington stations this can be accessed by taking the circle line on the London Underground System.
Other Things to Note:
The house is also regularly used by the owners and you will find the owner's possessions in the home - we kindly ask that you respect their belongings and please do not remove anything placed in cupboards.
Please note we sadly are not able to host children under the age of 6.
