The villa has a private pool, several terraces, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, sunbeds at the pool and a "rooftop terrace" with phenomenal views all the way to the hills of Monchique. All rooms have sliding doors to their own terrace or balcony. All rooms have airconditioning, heating and a bathroom. The location is superb with beaches at 2 km and lovely villages like Ferragudo at 2.5 km.
The villa has 4 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The villa is set in a beautiful garden with private swimming pool and several terraces to relax and enjoy. At the terrace near the kitchen there's an outdoor cooking area with build-in BBQ. At the roof you'll find the rooftop terrace with stunning views over the golfcourses and all the way to the hills of Monchique.
The villa has an open kitchen, completely utilised with all equipment needed, dining area with wooden table and chairs and a very spacious livingroom with television and fireplace and sliding doors to the veranda terrace.
All bedrooms have large build-in wardrobes.
The property is situated between the Gramacho and the Vale da Pinta golfcourses and the 3rd golf course which is being developed at the moment. At the resort you can also use the tenniscourts.
At just a 2 min walk you'll find a mini-supermarket for your daily needs and the larger supermarkets like Auchan, Apolonia and Lidl are less then a 5 min. drive away. The resort is situated between Carvoeiro and Ferragudo and very close to all the beautiful beaches. Other nice villages and cities like Portimao/Praia da Rocha, Silves, Lagos and the hills of Monchique are all close by.
Guests can enjoy the entire villa, gardens and private pool. There's space for 4 cars at the property within the gates.
