Una maravillosa villa de lujo con piscina, amueblada al más alto nivel, a 2 minutos a pie de la colorida y vibrante marina con una gran variedad de cafeterías y bares frente al mar y el complejo de piscinas más grande de los Apartamentos Orada. Con vistas sobre la ladera a la izquierda y a la derecha, en una tranquila calle arbolada. Gran jardín alrededor con piscina en forma de L con césped y patio, comedor exterior y barbacoa. Cinco habitaciones (cuatro en suite), amplio salón y área de comedor. Gran sala de juegos en el sótano con mesa de billar y futbolín, y tenis de mesa. TV con Sky y Playstation.

Lovely Stay

Really enjoyed our stay at this really high quality villa. Enjoyed games room, also air conditioning in each room which was welcome.Pool area is great with plenty of loungers.Short walk to marina area, which has plenty of restaurants.

Luxury villa vacation

We had a lovely week stay. The villa suited all our requirements and different age groups.It was very secluded, yet very close to the marina and restaurants..The only small issue we had was that the pool needed cleaning.

We enjoyed our visit and the house was overall lovely and met our needs in a great location. The game room was a nice bonus to help escape the heat. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The experience could be improved with a few repairs ( I.e. kitchen A/C, fridge ice/water dispenser, pool lights).

We have returned for a 2nd year to our favourite Portuguese villa.The villa is very well equipped; it feels luxurious and spacious and we had another wonderful holiday. The games room and pool were especially enjoyed by the children and teenagers in our party! It is perfectly situated so that is is in a quiet location with a short walk to the Marina. Our Favourite restaurants are Tasca Portuguese on the Marina and Indian Ocean in New Town.We would highly recommend the villa and we hope to return again next year.

We absolutely loved staying at your villa, so close to the marina. The games room is amazing, we had so much fun playing pool down there. Very well equipped. Stunning pool, we were in the pool every day.

Super Equipped Villa

Beautiful Villa, well equipped with most items a family require for a relaxing holiday. The outdoor kitchen is exceptional. Location is central for all of Albufeira. There is a superb basement bar/games/tv room.

Definitely a 5 star villa. As a family of mixed ages it was everything we wanted. The owners have put a lot of thought into it and it catered for everything. The photos show exactly what you get. The marina and a small grocery shop are a short walk and we even found a lift just before the roundabout which was ideal as one of our party was disabled. Duncan and Bev couldn't have been more helpful. Hopefully we'll be able to return again. A great holiday

The pictures look better than in person. A lot of the furniture is aged, worn out, tired or sun damaged. Several pieces are broken like the parasols, the window electric powered covers, the ping pong table, etc. Feels expensive for what you get.

Idyllic villa in Albufeira

The villa is extremely roomy, with masses of individual spaces both in and outdoors. You want for absolutely nothing - the furnishings are of a very high standard and is brilliantly equipped with more than enough crockery, glasses, utensils. Choice of in or outdoor cooking and dining spaces is wonderful. Wonderful and relaxing stay

We were a group of 9 adults and a baby visiting for a wedding. The layout of the house was fantastic and with many bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for space and privacy for our group. We loved sitting outside and by the pool. The house was truly was an oasis from the busy town. Beverly also accommodated us to have a shorter booking which was very much appreciated.

All you need plus a little extra

Beautifully kept property. Well appointed. Loved the pool area and games room. More air conditioners than you’ll ever need! Property manager was great. Location was excellent with shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Made for a wonderful vacation for 3 generations of our family. We would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Wonderful holiday

We have just finished a weeks stay at the villa and we had the best time. The house is stunning, the swimming pool was immaculate and a great size, and the outdoor kitchen / bbq area / pergolas were perfect for us to all eat together as a group. The location is fantastic, very close to the marina and a short taxi ride to bigger supermarkets and other attractions like water parks. We were so sad to leave and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to others, we would love to return again in the future. Without a doubt, the nicest villa we've stayed in 😊

A great space!

The property was great for a mixed group of friends and family with plenty of space for us all. The villa had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A great location too. Agree with a previous review about mats needed for the pool for little ones running around. But that’s the only niggle we had. Thank you for having us. We had a great holiday.

Perfect!

As a family of adults meeting up, this was the perfect villa. Had everything we needed with lots of extras! Perfect location within walking distance to the marina. Loads of choice of restaurants for every meal, easy(ish depending on temp!) walking route to the old town! Great communication from Beverly and Joao who made everything just right for us! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing

From tbe minute we arrived and greeted by Joao to show us arround the villa and explain the various appliances etc, the rest of the stay was simply wonderful. We had intentions to go and explore the surrounding areas of the Algarve, but the temptation to simply laze around the beautiful villa was too overpowering and most days we simply chilled. Our party of 8 people all said the same, highly recommended and we would love to return.

Family holiday

The property was exactly as described and catered for all age ranges. The outside kitchen / bar space was excellent for nighttime dining whilst the marina, which was only a short walk away, had more bars and restaurants than we expected as we were planning on dining in Albufeira. The games room / cinema was great for the teenagers of an evening. We were lucky to meet Duncan and Bev who were able to give us a tour of the property when we arrived which was really helpful. We would definitely recommend the property and are looking forward to visiting again in the near future!

Birthday Celebration trip

Stunning villa! We loved our time at the villa. There was ample space for everyone. We loved the layout of the kitchen and how it opened out to the BBQ area. Unfortunately 5 members of our party did not make it - however that did not ruin our celebration of James's 60th birthday with other family members. The caretaker, Joao, was fantastic - always on hand to address our queries. Our host, Bev Ward, was fabulous. We loved it and will definitely return. Thank you for making it memorable

Perfect Villa for our family

The villa easily accommodated the eight adults in our family. The location was quiet and with just a five minutes walk to the shops and bars at the Marina. The villa was tastefully furnished and included all essentials like loo rolls and foil. A wide variety of glasses and kitchenware. The sound system and games room further enhanced our stay. João was easily contactable and really helped me with any questions I had. We had the most wonderful time in and around the pool and the air conditioning was a much needed necessity. We wouldn’t hesitate in coming back here.

Very comfortable well thought out villa especially the outdoor kitchen which sold it for me . Great music system and games room which is a very nice touch . Was a bit disappointed that door between outdoor and indoor kitchen was broken was looking forward to enjoying the space . All the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in all en-suites but maybe a few more towels would have been handy . In all your villa is well equipped , clean and in great location , thanks for letting us have it 👍

The perfect location - the Villa itself is private, on a quiet road and great for relaxation and enjoying the facilities, but it’s also a very easy walk to either the marina, with its selection of cafes, shops and bars or a 20 min walk or drive into Albufeira town for night life, restaurants and beaches. There are so many stunning beaches close to the villa, and all amenities are easily reached by walking, bus, taxi or car. There is always plenty to do for all ages we have found it’s not always necessary to hire a car.
