Its a perfect villa for a relaxed holiday. Orka World Villa 2 is cozy, clean, and has more than everything you need. We really enjoy using the pool, especially in the morning. Nearby are a lot of restaurants and bars, and we are glad that we visited those nice places with tasty specialties. The owner waited for us on our arrival day and he and the agents are there for everything that we need which make our holiday unforgettable. Thank you!

We had an amazing time in Orka World Villa. The villa was very nice, big and clean. There were 4 toilets and 3 big bathrooms which was amazing. The location was perfect, just 10 minutes drive from the beach. The lightning in the house was very luxe and gave a warm home feeling. They came cleaning the villa 2 times and the swimming pool every day. The tv with everything included as Netflix, Disney Channel, Spotify etc. was great to have and very easy to connect with your phone.The couch was amazing because you can turn it in a sofa bed which was great to watch movies on!

A good property ruined by lack of amenities

The property is clean and communication is great. We found no issues with insects as some have mentioned. Just have to keep the place clean and not leave any food lying around. Where the property fails is the total lack of amenities. No soap no cleaning products. No beach towels. No tea towels. No sponges. No detergent. No dishwasher tablets. Let alone any complimentary water in the fridge. Literally nothing. Popr hosting in my opinion.

Avoid Unless You Want Lied To Constantly

We booked and paid for this property after loads of research and contact with the property managers called Agni Travel and our personal contact. I had concerns regarding the piece of open land at the bottom of the garden that could be seen on both Google Maps and the map shown on the actual site. I was worried that there may be building going on there when we were there. I specifically asked the question to the contact who I’m not allowed to name (I still have all the correspondence) and was assured that there was no building work going on that piece of land. We then settled on this villa and paid a considerable amount of hard earned cash for our family vacation. You can imagine the disappointment when we arrived to find 4 half built villas exactly where I had asked about. We had builders working less than 10 feet from the side of our pool the whole holiday. Grinding, drilling, welding, window fitting, hammering and general noise and dust the entire time we were there. Not only that but the villa itself had a constant infestation of ants both inside the kitchen area and around the pool that we had to deal with every single day. Not even a bottle of water supplied in the fridge on arrival or a single clothes hanger in the entire villa or even a mirror upstairs. The property managers are LIARS & cheats. Avoid ever booking this villa or any other they own. I have videos and pictures of this along with names if anyone wants them contact me.

For us, this was the best Turkish holiday that we ever had. We stayed in Orka World Villa 2 which was clean, comfortable, and cozy and had everything you could need for a 2 weeks holiday at a reasonable price. The villa was brand new and we had the honor to be one of the first guests. I must mention that the pool area was so lovely. While we were there, we visited Fethiye and Gocek and spent an amazing time there: tasting really nice specialties, visiting monuments, and having fun with the rest of our group! We really like this villa and hope that we will come back!

Orka World Villa 2 is much nicer than in the photos. The inside of the villa is so cozy, comfortable, and nicely furnished. We like that we can combine our holiday with different activities: from exploring different places and beaches to relaxing days around our private pool at the villa. I also must mention that everyone in Ovacik is extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. Nearby are really good restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and not to forget to mention Orka World Theme Park. Thanks a lot!

We did not have words to describe how amazing was the villa. It was clean and the air conditioners worked really well. The living room and the kitchen were very well-equipment and comfortable. The outdoor area and the pool were huge. There was also a BBQ and we used it really often. We visited some nice restaurants nearby and tried the most delicious specialties. We also spent some time in the near aqua park and Oludeniz Beach, which are so stunning. We already recommended this villa to all our friends!!!

Orka World Villa 2 is just what we wanted and met all our expectations. We really enjoy our stay in this villa which is really good equipment and especially love having meals on the terrace and staying home to use the pool. We also tried great Turkish specialties like Saksuka, Mercimek kofte, and Yaprak dolma in some of the nearby restaurants. Would like to be able to stay one more week! Everything is great. 5*

We spent an amazing holiday there! It was exactly what we needed. The villa was spacious and well laid out with plenty of space for 6 people. Also a wonderful pool! Only a short trip by car into Fethiye, where we visited a couple of tourist attractions. We also visited the nearby sandy beach, Oludeniz Beach, and really enjoyed there: swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing. That was a perfect choice for a perfect holiday. We will return.
