Welcome to our Beautiful villa Ivy fold
which is set in the picturesque valley of Ovacik 15 mins drive from the famous Blue Lagoon in Olu deniz . Ivy fold stands on a large 730 m2 plot with 2 tier mature landscaped garden with fruit trees and has its own private swimming pool with easy walk in steps and a pool side shower. The pool is all the same depth, around 3 foot. There are plenty of areas to sit back and relax be it by the pool, swinging on one of the wicker egg chairs, under the walnut tree with a good book or on one of the four balconies all offering magnificent views of Babadag mountain or the surrounding area of Ovacik valley and beyond.
The villa comprises of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and has a specious open plan lounge, kitchen dining area with a separate laundry room. There is a conservatory/garden room off the kitchen with sliding doors to both sides allowing you to enjoy the outside while sitting inside for shade, From here you can see the paragliders over Babadag mountain in the distance.
The villa is set over 5 floors but each staircase only comprises of 8 steps so its not to strenuous moving up or down floors.
You enter the villa on the first floor where you are greeted with a beautiful wide marble staircase to the left. In front of you is a double bedroom with balcony that has beautiful views and amazing sunset. Next door is a bathroom with walk in shower.
Take a few steps down to the ground floor where you will find the bright spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen/ diner that comprises of dishwasher, built in oven, microwave, large fridge/ freezer and a water cooler ( the local shop will deliver this up to the villa free of charge). From the kitchen you enter the conservatory which leads to the large pool area with ample lighting, rattan furniture and sun loungers to accommodate 8 guests. The lounge consists of two large sofas a smart television with Iptv and local channels plus hundreds of dvds, books and plenty of games for the whole family. Take the stairs to the lower floor where you will find a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink & Wc.
On the second floor, here you will find the master king size bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and balcony which has beautiful views. Also on this level is a twin room with 2 x single beds with skylight windows enabling you to see the stars in the night sky. There is a cot and highchair available for families with little ones.
On the third floor you will find the queen size bedroom with balcony and amazing views of this beautiful part of Turkiye. Next door is the bathroom with walk in shower, sink & Wc. There is a separate balcony off this floor which allows you to take advantage of more spectacular views of the wrap around mountains.
Outside the front gate to the left & right you will find a taxi call button mounted to the lamp post, when pressed the local taxi firm will come to that location.
The Villa is located in a quite residential area but within walking distance from many local restaurants, shops and bars and only a 10 minute dolmus ride into Hisaronu with its lively night life, 15 mins from the world famous Blue Lagoon in Oludeniz and 20 mins from the bustling harbour town of Fethiye with its Tuesday market and popular fish market inside the Bazaar.
There is so much to do and explore such as Babadag cable cars , Kayakoy ( Ghost town ) Kabak , Calis beach resort , Gocek marina and Orka world water park. Plenty of excursion companies to book your activities with from Paragliding to Jeep safari to horse riding and go-karting or a traditional turkish bath. However you decide to spend your well earned holiday money on, you certainly, will not be disappointed spending it here!
