Vivir como un local, y disfrutar de vistas al mar, puestas de sol, y el sonido de las olas desde la sala de estar, comedor, cocina y dormitorio principal y cuarto de baño. completa cocina moderna con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimera de granito. chimenea eléctrica, TV de pantalla plana, un bar, 2 plazas de garaje, lavadora y secadora y acceso a Internet. El dormitorio principal está arriba y tiene una fabulosa vista al mar desde el dormitorio y balcón de la habitación. Hay otro dormitorio con literas con una cama nido y un segundo baño. El tercer dormitorio y el baño est��n en la planta baja, que es especialmente grande para aquellos que no quieren tomar las escaleras. Patio al aire libre frente al mar. Acceso a la playa es de aproximadamente 3 cuadras de la casa. Grandes tiendas y restaurantes cercanos. La experiencia de la costa de San Diego Condado Norte desde esta ubicación céntrica.

A beautiful location and property. Very minor things need attention and were immediately taken care of. Management co was very good and responsive!

Great location the house was perfect but at this price I expected a much more updated clean place- I think the house needs some work also not enough supplies for a 6 day stay we had to buy our own garbage bags toilet paper and dish washing also no toilet scrubbers available

The location couldn't be better! The ocean view is enough to take your breath away! Fantastic!! Sitting on the deck and watching the waves was so relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and the garage parking made things easy. The house is close to everything and walking distance to the beach access.

The location was perfect for walks on the beach, watching the surfers, walking access to restaurants & coffee shops. Listening to the ocean blissful to this otherwise landlocked visitor. It was pleasant and comfortable to be at the condo both inside & out on the deck.

View and location was great. House was clean. On the negative side, 3 rolls of cheap toilet paper provided only for a 3 bathroom house, zero beach equipment provided, like beach chairs, etc. How do you have a house on the ocean with no beach equipment. Really disappointing

Family Getaway

Stayed for a week with our family of 4 (kids 9yrs and 7mo) and my parents. It was mostly perfect with the setup, location, and ocean views.The only knock on this place is the photos make it seem much more upscale and updated than it is. But the large deck looking over the ocean and floor to ceiling windows were worth it. Being walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants was amazing. Plus Legoland is just down the street and so is much of San Diego.

Leucadia seaside getaway

Great views, ideal location for Beacon's and Stone Steps beaches. Watched dolphins and surfers from the deck and upstairs balcony. Walking distance to beaches, Vigilucci's Trattoria, Birdseye Kitchen, Pannikin coffee. Responsive property manager for easy planning, check in, and checkout. Plenty of towels and amenities made it very comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was incredible, the apartment was spacious and suitable for our needs. The kitchen appliances, dish washer, coffee maker were sub-par. all the knives were too dull to use. When we arrived there was a film on every surface, the floors were dirty, however, the problem was remedy fairly quickly with a good clean. over-all it was a good rental but has the potential to be a great rental. we would consider renting it again if some of things mentioned above were updated.

The property was ideal for our group of six, providing a perfect setting for bonding not only with each other but also with the ocean and its vibrant marine life.However, upon arrival, we found several flies trapped inside the apartment, which took up most of our first day to clear out. We suspect they entered through an open window (without screen) in the nook area that was left open accidently.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our 9 day stay in this nice townhome in a great location. Walkable and quiet neighborhood near beach, shopping, and restaurants. Overall a nice comfortable place that had some updates in 2023. Nice linens, extra towels, garage parking with garage door opener, wonderful deck, Master bedroom fan, W/D, sweeper/broom, lots of TV's, and updated furniture and blinds. Beds were firm, but we ended up sleeping decent. We did not cook a lot but kitchen seemed pretty stocked, other than we did not have any dish towels for drying hands or dishes. Home really needs new windows as many would not open at all, and this is an issue when no air conditioner. The big issues were the smell in the garage upon arrival due to the dog feces in the trash cans (smell stuck around for most of the stay), and the home not being properly cleaned after the prior guest. The home did not smell fresh and clean, and there was lots of dog hair on the floors. I paid an extra cleaning fee of $350.00 so my daughter's dogs could visit us at the rental, and the home was not even clean from the prior dog that was there. That was frustrating. The bathroom upstairs was not as clean as expected, and the tub had difficulty draining. I had gotten used to renting through private individual owners who seem to offer a more personal experience and touches. I have rarely ever had cleanliness issues with individual owners. Amenities like beach equipment would have been nice since we were so close to the beach access point. With a few improvements, this could be a 5 star property, and I might look to stay again when visiting our daughter who lives in Carlsbad.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great and view is lovely.Beds were comfortable. However, the condition of the property is tired. The kitchen utensils, drawers, pots & pans were a hodgepode of items and nothing was organized in the cupboards - . Dirty drawers and rusted utensils. Toaster was archaic. One martini glass - thankfully, there were more wine glasses. Need to toss plastic bowls, etc., Knives couldn't slice anything. Window in master dosen't close and is in dire need of repair. Really didn't appreciate having other people's garbage smell the garage for days until pickup. No tissues, chair in kitchen is falling apart when you move it -Theatre room? Fitness equipment? Cupboards are laminate and loose. You can barbecue and they will charge you $25 if you don't clean it, but they don't leave you a barbecue brush?! You have to call in advance. Although I emailed Stubbs and, received a response days later stating I'm sorry - someone should have gotten back to you... and we are still waiting. Couldn't sit outside - cushions were filthy. Need to have someone pay attention to details to have a better experience. Spent most of our time not in-house.

Leucadia Ocean Front Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The views were definitely breathtaking. Waking up and going to bed to the sounds of the ocean each day and night were unforgettable. The property location is amongst million dollar homes and prime real estate location in Leucadia. Many places to eat close by whether you want Italian, Coffee, Ice Cream, Deli, Sandwiches. It’s also very close to Carlsbad since we took our son to LegoLand - 15min drive. We also went to SD Zoo Safari Park in Encinitas - 45 min drive. Moonlight Beach is within walking distance just under a mile...it’s currently under repairs, however they have a nice cafe and playground for the children. The property is very spacious and well equip. The bed downstairs is very comfortable. The master bed room mattress is hard as a rock. There also is a room for the children with 2 twins. The master bed room needs some work although the bathtub is amazing with incredible views of the Pacific Ocean the windows around the bathtub do not open and close very easily. They are rusted out from the salt water. These need to be fixed. The shower and bathroom in the master bedroom are very small. We chose to use the bathroom in the hallway instead. The staff were very nice by accommodating a smooth check in and check out process. They even had some come and clean the windows middle of week because it rained a few days before. I would stay here again if the master bed room was addressed for the price of this place and the views you cannot go wrong.
