This home is just one block from Cardiff's park and playground- perfect for daily entertainment for both children and perhaps your dog accompanying your stay too! Coastal luxury is taken to the next level with the home's incredible indoor/outdoor living throughout the home. The ground floor patio has it all- outdoor dining, BBQ & fridge, fire pit, outdoor seating, and a lovely porch swing. With upgraded patio sliders in the living room and both bedrooms, catch the fresh ocean breeze from inside day in and day out. Pack your bags, you may never want to leave.

This is a ground floor unit of a duplex property. Upstairs noise may be heard from time to time. No other shared space.
While garage parking remains private for the upstairs guests, beach items and bikes are stored in the garage for your use.
This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Noise regulations are strictly regulated and enforced.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.
Attention:
This rental has strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for staying with us!
