Ideal for anyone looking for a place that feels like home and makes you enjoy your stay as a true 'milanese'.

Large and bright living room with adjacent dining area, with a pleasant open view onto Milan and a small balcony overlooking private gardens. Fully equipped kitchen, with Boffi's appliances and a dining table, ideal for breakfast and quick meals. One big master bedroom and two single bedrooms, both with possibility of one extra bed. Two bathrooms with showers, one of which en suite. The apartment combines unique original flooring and details with modern design, including some signature pieces.

Lovely home close to the train station

The apartment was spacious and very well kept. Fabio met us when we arrived and made sure we knew everything we needed to know about the place and the neighborhood. It is in a quiet neighborhood which we enjoyed.

Great Place to Stay and Very Convient

Fabio was great, very accommodating and the place was very clean. Super convenient to the train station and easy to get anywhere in Milan. Would highly recommend and the place was just as described.

Overall this property was very nice. Apartment was just as listed with a few extra amenities. Host Fabio was very helpful and went over and above. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Sophisticated apartment near Central Station

This beautiful and well-appointed apartment exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do it justice! It was large enough for our family of two adult children. The balconies facing a lush, interior courtyard provided a serene escape despite being in the centre of the city. Located very conveniently between two metro stations. I enthusiastically recommend this property!

Amazing apartment in Milan near train station

Amazing stay. Fabio was the best host and his place is clean and comfortable. About a 20 minute walk to the city center and a park close by. Highly recommend. You can take the train and walk to the apartment.

Beautiful light filled 3 bedroom aparrtment. Clean and beds comfortable. Host is wonderful, met us to let us in and show us around the apartment. Everything thought of for visitors. Highly recommend.

Great location and super apartment. Fabio was great and always there to help. We walked everywhere and there are good places to eat, get coffee and gelato near by. Flat was perfect, well furnished and very cute. Look no further, just go with this one!

Great apartment near Milan central station

This was a perfect property for my family of 5 to stay at the end of our vacation to Germany and Italy. Fabio was so kind and moved his plans around to check us in early, and personally showed us around the apartment when we arrived. He even left us complimentary waters and a bottle of prosecco! Would absolutely stay again! Thanks Fabio!

Beautiful flat

It is a stunning flat the pictures don't do it justice. It is a short walk to the train station and very walkable to the center of Milan. There are plenty of small supermarkets around and really nice eateries. The area is it is diverse but you expect that around the central station.

Wonderful Milan experience!

Our party of 4 stayed 2 nights in this apartment. It is beautiful! Clean, beautifully appointed and nicer than the pictures indicated. The building is in a nice location, close to the train station. Best of all is the charming elevator that got us to the 3rd floor without hefting our bags up 3 flights! Fabio was great, communication was excellent, he provided helpful information on transportation and things to do and see in the neighborhoods. Highly recommend staying here and would do so again. Only caveat is the unit isn’t air conditioned, there are fans in each room though.

Best in Alba

As in all prior reviews, a "10" from us. The house is a modern design, fully equipped, with great view over old Alba. We didn't use the pool, but it is large and always clean. Easy walk into Centro; we also found parking when we drove into town. Best part was our host. Always accessible. As an example. we had a problem with our car one day, and he volunteered to go with us to a mechanic and help us out. We've stayed in a number of VRBO's. This was at the top. Highly recommended.

Excellent place for family near Milano Centrale

Fabio and Carlotta were an excellent host from welcoming my family at check-in to supporting us throughout the stay with helpful recommendations on restaurants and shopping. My 5-year daughter was happy about having her room filled with kids’ books and toys. Its location was close to Milano Centrale so easy to access main attractions of Milano as well as shopping in Corso Buenos Aires and good restaurants and delicious gelato from Terra, all from their recommendations. The house was clean and comfortable with three bedrooms and two bathrooms that were renovated. The kitchen was very useful for cooking quick breakfasts with all essential kitchen items. We would like to stay here again and try their other recommendations like Ratanà.

Fantastic Stay

Fabio is an excellent host. He provided great directions before we arrived, and then picked us up by car at the train station. (Walking to the apartment is only 10 minutes or so. It is faster to walk directly to the train station from the apartment than to have someone transport you in a car because of the way the traffic pattern is set up in Milan.) The apartment was extremely clean and well laid out. Fabio gave us very good directions at the apartment and was available to answer any questions during the stay. (All of the information that Fabio provided online and then at the apartment was so good that we did not have to ask any questions during our stay.) If you are arriving in Milan by train, you really can’t pick a better Italian apartment to stay in. Fabio, thank you again for being such a great host. Our group really appreciated everything that you did.
