We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Rosa. The home is super clean, well equipped and in a wonderful location on the West End. The pool was a nice treat too! Patrick is a gem and so is Villa Rosa.

What a relaxing stay! We can not say enough good things about our host Patrick and Villa Rosa. We had a hard time due to weather flying in and Patrick was a wealth of knowledge getting us to our vacation with a sigh of relief. The home was super clean and well cared for. Two of the rooms have great outdoor showers and the kitchen appliances all seemed almost new. The pool was perfict. Located with an amazing view of Soper's Hole & close to a grocery store. Definetly want to rent a car as the area is all steep hills.

Fabulous Tortola Property

Villa Rosa is a fantastic property. Great location in the West End overlooking Sopers Hole. The house is extremely clean and very comfortable. Patrick, the host and owner, is incredibly nice, responsive and helpful.

3 Day Land Package after Sailing for 7 days

Patrick was accommodating with changes we made at check-in, and very pleasant in all regards. The accommodations were great, and exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Villa Rosa.

We loved our week at this beautiful Villa. We especially enjoyed the hilltop view of the water from the outdoor patio every morning while drinking our coffee and every evening with the gentle breezes blowing. The pool was refreshing in the afternoon. It was great having 3 separate buildings with our bedrooms for privacy as well as private outdoor showers. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking dinner several evenings so we could just eat and relax outside. One of our goals was to spend time relaxing and this was the perfect place. It was very clean too. Besides how wonderful the Villa was I have to mention how hospitable our host Patrick was. He met us at the ferry and gave us great advice where to eat out and to snorkel. It was nice to have beach chairs and towels for our trips to snorkel. He was above and beyond helpful. We can't thank him enough for bring so kind.

Villa Rosa review

Regarding our stay at Villa Rosa at Christmas 2023, our family agrees that it is worthy of a 5 star rating. Why? The accomodation, layout, the spectacular view and the location made for a perfect vacation experience. I would highly recommend Villa Rosa to everyone who would love an upscale vacation in the BVI!

Simply the best!!!

Our stay at this exceptional property exceeded expectations. Ideal for six people, the house boasts private bedrooms and bathrooms, with centralized common areas. Every space is meticulously equipped with essentials, from bedroom comforts to a well-stocked kitchen and a fabulous outdoor setup with pool and grill. This house is simply the best and the hammock = amazing! The elevated location provides breathtaking views, and we could walk to the ferry dock and Soper’s Hole (a little hilly on the way back). The property owner mentioned a walking path to Smugglers, adding to the appeal. Special thanks to Patrick, the best host ever, for his attentive care and engaging conversations. This property is a must for your vacation—thanks for everything, Patrick!

This house was amazing - probably one of the cleanest VRBOs I have stayed at. The layout of the accommodations was fantastic for our group - plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other and also have our individual space. The views were incredible!!! Short walk to town if you needed anything. Patrick the host was the best, so accommodating to our needs, even was there to receive our provision order and took us on a quick run to grocery. He was super responsive to all our questions. We will definitely be staying at Villa Rosa next year!
