Lovely 8 Persons House in Alles-sur-Dordogne

Welcome to our beautiful house in Alles-sur-Dordogne. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home.

The Dordogne is known for the lovely villages like Limeuil, Monpazier, Sarlat-de Canada and Bergerac for example.
The surrounding area has a lot to offer (French cuisine, wine properties, canoeing, golf, castles, caves, trails, horse riding) and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
The river Dordogne is just about 2 km from the house and has a little ‘beach’ where people come together and buy a drink or an ice cream. 
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The spacious and open kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, a freezer, a microwave/oven and a dishwasher.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. A working space (fiber) is on the first floor, where you also can find books and some games.
The garden contains a diversity of fruit trees and a swimming pool with a luxurious poolhouse (including a sauna) and a hot tub (extra 45 euros).
This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the ground floor bedroom, you will find a queen-sized bed and ensuite a walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom. In this bathroom, there is a bidet, double sink and a walk-in shower.
All the other bedrooms are on the first floor and have queen-sized beds. On this first floor is the second bathroom with a sink and a walk-in shower.
Both floors have separate toilets.
In every bedroom is a mobile cooling unit.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4 -6 pm and check-out is up to 10 am.
- Smoking is allowed outside but not allowed inside the (pool)house.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
