4th of July at the Allen House

Perfect location, beautiful renovated home, large front porch and private grill and fire pit area out back. Definitely be back next year!

Best house on the strip!

I highly suggest bringing a volleyball net and putting it in the front yard. Perfect location! Really enjoyed our trip! Beautiful house!

The perfect bachelorette pad

Had a great time at this adorable house! Perfect location for walking the strip. Huge yard that is awesome for yard games. Our group of 8 was comfortable and well accommodated. Water pressure was great and water stayed hot despite multiple showers back to back after the beach. Definitely would stay again. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Awesome House

We were there for Thunder on the Strip. The house was in the perfect spot! Close to our favorite Pizza Zeppies!! The Porch was amazing to watch all the people and cool bikes go by! This beautiful house will not disappoint!

GOTL girls weekend

Overall, we had a very favorable experience. The house was a good size and check-in and out went smoothly. In regards to communication, once we were at the property, the host was very good about getting back in touch with us. However, I asked a question multiple times about the property prior to us going, and it took the host over a month to get back to me. It made me a little nervous about how the rest of our stay would go. While we were there, everything was working except the TV and dishwasher. We didn't really need the TV, but I would imagine if I was there with my family and kids, that would have been a disappointment. And unfortunately, we didn't discover the dishwasher wasn't working until after we had filled it most of the way. Our host was very prompt in getting someone out there to look at it, but he didn't really know why it wasn't working either, so we had to unload and wash all dishes by hand. Additionally, this property was moved from the front of the lot to the back of the lot, and the listing has some amenities that are no longer in the house, like the fireplace, and the wifi info is changed. Perhaps the listing should be updated. We also agreed the property could use more blankets, pillows and hooks. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend staying here in the future.

Great location and property.

Stayed here for a bachelor party and it was exactly what we needed. The property itself was awesome and had all the amenities needed. The location of the property was great and made going out to the bars super easy

Great Get-away

This house was so cute and well equipped. In a great location to walk just about everywhere and LOTS of parking. The only thing that would make this the perfect place is mirrors in the bedroom. With 8 ladies trying to get ready all the same time, applying make-up was a challenge.

Allen House GOTL

The Allen House was amazing. It was very spacious and clean. The property had plenty of parking and it was close to all the hot spots. It was the perfect place for us to celebrate our daughter’s 24th birthday. We would definitely recommend the Allen House at Geneva on the Lake.

An enjoyable getaway

The Laurello's have outdone themselves on this cottage! It's gorgeous! And they're being very modest about the lake views - our family spent hours on the porch, rocking away on the porch rocking chairs, and taking in the lake breezes and postcard-esque views; perfect for people watching and lake views alike. A short walk to everything. If you're looking for an updated space that can house family or larger groups, this is the cottage for you!

Good Spot In GOTL

The home was convenient for walking down the strip. Porch was nice for sitting and a small but good view of the late through the property across the street. Kitchen well appointed. Third floor bonus room was cool. Overall open and clean with minimal things for kids to get into was great. We’d certainly stay there again. Nightclub next door wasn’t too obnoxious but we didn’t stay through a weekend.

Bikes, bikes and more bikes!!

You can't have a better spot for Thunder on the Strip! Gorgeous home, easy for visitors, great parking, 3 full baths! Kitchen is fab! Don't ask about the TVs because we never turned them on! Ha!! Already have rented for next year and hope to have another time non bike week!! We love the Allen House!!

Beautiful Property in GOTL

This property was perfect for our family and friends to all join together for a wonderful weekend. The home is clean and beautiful with all modern amenities providing plenty of room to gather at the end of the day and reminisce about our adventures. Our favorite part had to be the large front porch with all the rocking chairs where we sat each night observing the night life of Geneva. Wonderful parking area was more than large enough for our vehicles including our boat and trailer. Thank you for making our 4th of July a very memorable one for our entire family. This will be a replete adventure for us all.

Beautiful, well kept house

This house was perfect for a fun girls’ weekend. It is clean, well kept and very comfortable. Agree with the others that it is a bit hard to see from the road. There’s an alley way between the house and Cove nightclub. Turn here and park behind the house. And our only tip is bring toilet paper - the promise of a “starter roll” in each bathroom was truly a starter roll. We wrongly assumed that each bathroom would have a full starter roll and that would be plenty for our less than 48 hour stay, but each bathroom had a tiny amount of toilet paper on each roll and no other rolls to be found. We had to go out and buy some more for our very short stay. Come prepared! Otherwise a perfect stay!

In May 2016 I graduated from Syracuse University, and then was faced with a huge question, "What do I do now?" I have always considered myself indecisive when it comes to making big decisions, so I asked myself this question, "If I had just one more day to live, where would I choose to spend it?" And that leads me to where I am now, living in my hometown with all of my family. Since I've come home from college, I have bought a house and remodeled it, bought a corgi (Who else loves corgi's as much as I do!?), and everyday I continue to learn the in's and out's of property management.
