Beachview Oasis - NO DRIVE BEACH - May 2025 Dates Available!

**Please Note** - There will be a concrete restoration project starting January 2025 on the building and running through most of the year. This project will involve fixing superficial concrete issues on the outside of the building. Noise levels will be elevated during the hours of 9am - 5pm on weekdays during this time. Please note, prices are already discounted to reflect this inconvenience. Thank you!

This condo is perfect for a family vacation or long-term stay. Decked out with all the amenities all you have to bring with you is your bathing suit!

Walk in to the spacious unit with brand new flooring, kitchen with granite counter tops and solid wood cabinets. With all of the kitchen amenities you could need at your fingertips, cook while you look out at the ocean! Enjoy bar seating or stretch out at the dining table with a perfect view of the ocean.

Each well-appointed bedroom has comfortable king-sized beds, large closets and en-suite bathrooms which are all fully renovated and tastefully decorated. There is also a child's pack and play crib with sheets for little ones. Also included: high-chair, personal fan and a white noise machine. Two twin air mattresses are also provided with sheets.

Check out the beach closet for everything you'd need to enjoy your day at the beach: umbrella, chairs, toys, towels, coolers and more.

If you're ready to explore, just take the elevator down to a heated pool, indoor hot tub and sauna as well as gym! The pool area has restrooms as well as grilling and outdoor dining space with a pergola as well.

Most importantly, this is a family vacation rental, managed by a family so you always have someone to reach out to and it's appointed perfectly for a family stay!

Great Place

The condo was great big enough for our large family. It also had everything we needed. The pool area was awesome and the breath taking ocean views from the 2 bedrooms and living room.

Beautiful view, beautiful condo

We enjoyed this beautiful condo for the second year in a row. It has everything you could need for enjoying the beach. The beds are super comfy and the view cannot be beat! Owners are very easy to deal with!

Two great weeks at the beach!

The condo was very spacious and well appointed! Stefanie made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The updates and decor in the condo were great. Stefanie’s communication was awesome. We hope to be back soon!

Incredible balcony, wonderful condo

Excellent unit. Love this quiet end of the beach. Stefanie is very accommodating and everything is as described in the listing. This 3-bed, 3-bath unit is so nicely decorated and spacious. Everything we needed was available. Of course, the star is the huge wrap around balcony with gorgeous views of the beach. We would definitely stay again.

By far the best property we have stayed at.

This property far exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful decorated and furnished. The property had everything we needed for pool and beach time. Each bed was wonderfully comfortable. The unit is spacious and set up with furnishings that were like home rather than a rental. The property owner communicated prior and during check in and at check out. I would highly recommend this property and hope to come back to this property again.

Love the condo!

We loved the condo! It was very spacious with a large kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. Since there were 3 us, we each had our own bathroom, which was great! The view was amazing. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to our every need. The only downside was they were doing repairs on the building that were very noisy Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00. We would stay again providing the repairs are done.

Beautiful!!!

This was our first time staying in Daytona Beach Shores and we really hit the jackpot with this property. Perfect location, gorgeous view of the ocean, clean, well equipped, quiet unit that suited our needs perfectly. The full time residents were very friendly and welcoming. The owner was easy to work with and responsive to questions, though most everything was addressed clearly ahead of time or in the instruction book. You will be very pleased with your stay here.

Absolutely Wonderful

This condo is beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean. The unit itself is very comfortable with great beds in all the rooms. There are three bedrooms and it feels as if two of them are both primary suites with wonderful views of the beach. The unit itself is stocked with everything you could possibly need and the property manager is very easy to get in touch with. We have stayed in several units in this building and this one is now our favorite by far!

This was one of the best properties we have stayed in at Daytona Beach Shores over the past 10 years. Condo was beautiful, view was perfect and there was nothing that we wanted or needed. The kitchen was very well supplied with the cookware in perfect shape which was a surprise based on the cookware we had in previous condos! Our host Stefanie was great with communication which we greatly appreciated. We will most def be back next summer!

The Condo is a royal suite.

Loved the view and the balcony. Gym is moderate, pool nice and warm. We were missing access to the beach and had to walk some 300yards. Quickly built ramp would help. Stefany is great Landlord. She even came to show us how to set and to use TV. Thank you. Looking forward for our next trip there.
