TOTAL REMODELO en 2015 !!! La planta baja fue 100% renovada con todos los muebles nuevos y todo en esta unidad era completamente nuevo.

Gulf Highlands es una comunidad cerrada para familias con seguridad. El complejo cuenta con 11 piscinas (4 climatizadas y 1 junto a la playa), canchas de tenis, tejo y mini golf (directamente frente a la unidad).

No se permite fumar ni mascotas dentro de la unidad.

La unidad de abajo incluye una sala de estar con sofá cama, comedor, medio baño, cuarto de lavado y una cocina totalmente equipada. El patio exterior que da al canal tiene 6 sillas con una mesa para fogatas y una parrilla. El entorno del canal permite agradables mañanas y tardes sin la multitud de la playa. 18 hoyos de putt-putt y 2 piscinas se encuentran a pocos pasos de la puerta principal.

Subir las escaleras incluye dos baños completos y dos habitaciones con camas king, una con balcón privado con vista al canal. La unidad también incluye WIFI, cable, lavadora y secadora.

¡Estacione directamente en frente de su unidad, sin estacionamientos o elevadores lentos con los que lidiar! La playa está a pocos pasos de distancia.

Perfect stay!

This is our third stay with Gulf Highlands and like our previous vacations, this one was equally as wonderful! From the beginning Buddy had outstanding communication. Our condo was clean, quiet and relaxing. We were across the street from mini golf, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, around the corner from big pool of the resort. There were plenty of towels, items for the beach (cart, 2 chairs, toys, towels), but as usual, please treat these with respect as most owners supply these fun treats on their own.We love how quiet it was, even near the 4th of july, we have never had an issue. It was nice being backed up to the canal where we say lots of fish, turtles, snails and beautiful birds.There was plenty of spices, plates, cooking utensils, pots and pans, we didn't use the grill this time but it's available for use, there is a large circle table to relax around in the back. Oh! The beds!! they are so comfortable!! We'd come back just for them!I can't wait until our next stay!

This was a wonderful stay! The backyard was great seeing the turtles every morning.. my girls ended up using the pickleball paddles & fell in love with the game so that was perfect to have! The beds were SO comfortable, slept with no issues! Overall a beautiful & well equipped vacation place! Highly recommended!

Loved the property!!

We absolutely loved the property. If you’re looking for a quiet place that is only a few minutes walk to the beach, well this is the place. This property will not disappoint. We were also allowed to check in early which was so wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!!

We loved our time here. The condo was as pictured clean and close to one of the pools putt putt and a short walk to beach. We come to Gulf Highlands every October and will try to rent this condo again.

Place was nice, clean. Apparently the cleaning lady didn't like baby powder on the floor in a restroom so we picked up a $20 charge when leaving. Oh well. Other than that... we'd go back

Our new vacation spot!

The host Bubba was the best host yet. He contacted me ahead of time to make sure I received check in information. Very easy to get ahold of if anything was needed. He even noticed us or a boil water advisory that he received the time of our stay. (This didn’t affect us at all) His place had everything you needed to cook a good home cooked meal. He even had a beach cart that wasn’t listed. We brought our own but now we know for future reference . I highly recommend staying here. The beds are super comfortable as well and that’s hard to find when staying on vacation. 20/10 recommend! :)

Summer vacay!

We loved our stay here at this cute little townhome. Buddy is a wonderful host and is always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. The home is in a perfect location and very quiet. This was our first time staying off the beach and we were not sure how we were going to like it but we LOVED it so much. We would def recommend staying here and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Buddy!

The best yet at Gulf highlands

This was the best townhouse we have stayed in on the property, and we have stayed many times. Buddy was absolutely the easiest person to deal with. I highly recommend and will keep this location for future visits. Thank you so much Buddy for working with us. We had the best weekend getaway.

Lovely home that made our vacation top notch!

We had the BEST vacation this year! Was super nervous about not staying right on the beach however Mr. Ivey’s condo made it totally worth it and it was only a very short walk over to the beach. Mr. Ivey has everything you could need at the condo and had the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had on vacation! My kids said this is our new vacation home!Community is quite and relaxing. Also only one small hiccup came up that was complete out of his co trip but Mr. Ivey was on it so fast and had it fixed immediately so was no inconvenience to us! Hospitality is great! Cannot say enough kind things about this unit and it’s owner! Must stay!

Buddy, the owner, was very informative. I liked that he contacted me a few hours after we checked in to make sure everything was ok. That was very classy. The condo was very clean and furnished. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider his condo on a future visit to PCB.

We are the Ivey family from McDonough, Ga. My father purchased this condo in 1986 and when the construction was completed in 1987 we moved in at Christmas for the first time. We have rented the condo out to family and friends at Delta Airlines just on a word on mouth basic and had many of the same family enjoy in the summer for 20 plus years. The unit has never been rented via a rental program. This is the first time we have ever put the unit on VRBO. The unit was total remodeled two years ago and we believe it to be one of the nicest units in Gulf Highlands. We have expanded cable and Wi-Fi in the unit. We would love to share our home away from home with you.

Close to all the action on PCB but able to retreat to very quite environment. Kids love playing the free putt putt in complex just 100 ft across the street from our front door or enjoy cooking out on the back porch along the quite canal

Even though condo was build in 1986 it has had several remodels over the years and is up to date with almost every thing you need. I you have to bring is you beach chairs. If you don't want to bring they can also be rented in front of the beach access by a local vendor
