Spacious & Private 3 BR Home Steps From the Beach
Escape to the seaside and unwind in this stylish, thoughtfully furnished, 3-bedroom detached cottage. Located in the heart of Budleigh Salterton and a stone's throw from the beach, Salters Cottage is the perfect location to unwind, and explore East Devon's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The newly rennovated cottage provides the perfect spot for a convenient and relaxing Devon holiday. Self-check-in is available, and I'm local to answer questions if needed.
Experience ultimate relaxation in our beautifully renovated Victorian cottage, nestled just 100 meters from the stunning beach. Our cottage has been carefully designed to create a warm and stress-free holiday atmosphere, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure your comfort.
Step inside to find a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area with a smart TV, and high-speed 70Mb WiFi to keep you entertained. The Sonos sound system will provide the perfect soundtrack for your holiday, and the sunny, enclosed patio is the perfect spot for al fresco dining.
The cottage offers three inviting bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. The Master bedroom boasts a luxurious silk and wool king-size bed, as well as ample storage space in the wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 features ultra-comfortable twin beds with wardrobe and chest of drawers, and Bedroom 3 is equipped with a plush small-single bed and ample hanging space. All bedding is synthetic fiber to limit allergies and for animal welfare reasons.
The modern, fully tiled bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower as well as a separate bath, WC, and basin The cottage is fitted with modern radiators throughout, and the gas central heating is controlled by a Nest thermostat to ensure maximum warmth and comfort. The doors and windows are double glazed for added insulation.
Parking is available nearby, and the cottage has a home-from-home feeling that will make you feel right at home. We welcome one small, well-behaved dog for a minor additional charge. Please see our house rules regarding pets.
After a day exploring the local area, return to the comfort of our cottage and unwind in the cozy open-plan living area and snuggle up to a movie under one of our thoughtfully provided blankets.
With all the amenities and comfort you need, our cottage is the perfect place to escape the winter chill and relax in style.
You'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire cottage with easy self-check-in.
A light, bright and relaxing, detached cottage, situated in the heart of Budleigh’s quaint town. Salters Cottage is in the ideal position to explore Devon's Jurassic Coast - most notably the South West Coastal Path, countless walking and biking trails, and numerous family-friendly beaches. Take a stroll along the high street where you’ll find a selection of independently owned cafes, boutiques, restaurants and pubs ready to be discovered. Only 100m from the beach (where you can enjoy a picnic, paddle boarding or kayaking) shops and restaurants with 2 pubs just steps away.
Salters Cottage is located on a quiet residential street. While the property does not have its own parking there is a large, free 24hr car park within an easy walk in addition to lots of free on-street parking in the town and surrounding roads. There are also 3 pay car-parks close by.
Guest are able to pull up outside the property to unload/pack the car etc but are advised to re-park promptly.
The beach is a minute's stroll from the property offering beautiful views, walks and points of interest.
There are numerous local shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants and boutiques in Budleigh Salterton, all within easy walking distance of the Cottage.
