Casa Eivissa Stunning Modern 4 bedroom family Villa in Javea.

This stunning open plan 4 bedroom villa, is perfect for a family break. It has a fabulous sunny terrace for eating or relaxing over-looking the private pool with views to the mountain. It also boasts plenty of outdoor space including a bar/BBQ area, table tennis and ample parking.

The villa is set in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes drive from the fabulous Arenal beach.

As you enter villa there is an open space which includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. To the right of the entrance there are two bedrooms and a WC. The master bedroom has its own terrace, a king size double bed, plenty of wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has two single beds and built-in wardrobes with a WC opposite. To the left of the entrance there are another two bedrooms, one has a queen size double bed and built-in wardrobes. It also leads onto the large naya. The other bedroom has two single beds and built-in wardrobes. Between these two bedrooms you will find another bathroom.

Minimum 5 nights stay during low and mid season and 7 nights for high season. Due to new government regulations the maximum length of stay is 10 days.

During November - March the umbrellas, table tennis, BBQ, outdoor bar and stools are packed away to protect from the winter weather.

Sorry our villa is not suitable for large groups.

Our family had a great time at the wonderful Casa Eivissa!

The villa was clean, modern, and very well-equipped, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt very private, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time together. Mel was incredibly helpful and very responsive in answering any of our questions. We absolutely loved staying there and would love to return again in the future.

Very nice and quiet place

Well equipped, owners ready to help and accommodate for check-in and out. Nice swimming pool. AC is perfect (a must have.) Great villa for our family of 5 (2 teenagers + a 6 y old girl)

Amazing Villa

This villa was amazing and just perfect for our group of 8, everything was spot on. Inside the villa was modern and comfortable with everything we needed. The outside areas were amazing, really well thought through. The shops, restaurants, bars and beach were only a short drive away. We loved every second of our stay and we really hope we can visit again. Melanie was very responsive and extremely helpful during the booking stage, before we arrived and throughout our stay. Thank you Mel for looking after us.

We had was the most perfect stay in Casa Eivissa..and cant recommend it high enoughThe villa is well presented, spacious and had everything we could wish for ...The kitchen was really well stocked with glasses , utensils, sharp knives and a wide range of cooking utensils.. ( a rare find)With a clean contempory style throughout and being on one level it was both comfortable ,convenient and beautifully maintained.The outside area was also tremendous,fabulous pool and loungers and the outdoor kitchen/ dining completed our wish list .We could not recommend this villa moreOur host Mel was quick to answer any questions we had both before and during our stay and she was so very helpful in explaining the best places to visit etc.A rare find .. just perfect .
