Disfrutar de las hermosas vistas de Venecia, así como las buenas comidas italianas en la terraza recientemente renovado!

También disfrutar de la vida como un veneciano en este hermoso y espacioso apartamento (100 metros cuadrados) situado en un auténtico barrio cerca de la muy animada Campo Santa Margarita!

El apartamento tiene un estilo Art Deco con una biblioteca de madera, paneles de cristal decoradas y starcases madera hierro. Tiene una gran sala de estar / comedor (aproximadamente 50 m2), 2 dormitorios con sus respectivos baños, así como tres entrepisos. También es muy cómodo con su TV vía satélite, lector de Blue Ray y Wifi a Internet.

Venecia es una ciudad mágica y nuestro apartamento es un lugar muy encantador para alojarse gracias a su buen gusto renovación Art Deco y hermosa terraza en la azotea, donde usted será capaz de tomar una copa o una comida con una vista de la torre de San Marco.

Nos encanta el barrio que está lejos de la multitud, pero al mismo tiempo lleno de vida (Universidad C'A Foscari, Campo Santa Marguerita), cultural (cerca del museo Peggy Guggeiheim y la Galería de la Academia) y muy hermosa (te recomendamos el San Basilio / Zattere paseo por el canal de la Giudecca que está a 5 minutos del apartamento y cuenta con una de las mejores vistas de Venecia).

El apartamento está muy bien situado a 12 minutos a pie del puente de la Academia, dos paradas de vaporetto desde la Piazza San Marco, a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de carretera Piazzale Roma o la estación de tren Ferrovia / Santa Lucía.

Great place!

We had a wonderful family vacation staying here. Everyone loved the location and property. Memories to last a lifetime! One thing we weren’t prepared for was the mosquitoes and the owners had insect repellent we could use. Thank you!

A great spot to explore Venice

Location

Communication with owner was excellent.Location was perfect .Walkable distance to attractions and transportation. Great hot water for showers. Local restaurant were very good.Downsize there are 60 stairs to get to the apartment.Apartment could have better lights and no screens on the windows to keep bugs out so keep closed at night but there are enough fans to keep the apartment cool. Would stay again.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely location

We visited Venice for the Venice marathon, the location was ideal, a short walk to boat/bus/tram routes, the area was perfect, relatively quiet but with just enough little restaurants bars nearby. The apartment itself had some amazing features, the rooftop terrace had stunning views, the apartment was spacious and well catered for in terms of facilities.

A lovely apartment with a great view of La Serenissima

We had a great time staying here especially with the Biennale and all the wonderful art exhibitions going on everywhere because we are artists! When the weather was nice, we could sit up on the balcony and enjoy each other's company while watching gulls, swifts, and sunsets!

Excellent location in the heart of Venice.

Apartment was much larger than I thought, it could easily accommodate 2 adult couples with children. Prime location with tons to do. Lots of restaurants, shops, gondola, etc. all nearby. Communication with host was great. Prior guest has broken laundry machine and host had it fixed with a day for us after mentioning we needed it.

Fantastic apartment in a great neighborhood

We loved this apartment. It was very large, clean and comfortable. Everything we could possibly need was thought of, and lots of modern conveniences in place, but without altering the beauty and the historic character of the home. Loved the altana as well. The neighborhood is authentic and quiet, but also convenient for anything you may need or anywhere you want to go.

Great place, near everything!

My daughter absolutely loved that the apartment because it is located in the University area. Lots of younger people, but not noisy. Quick walk to grocery, train station and Vaporetto. Although apartment was located on the 3rd floor, the flights were short with a large landing. Great café only feet away from entrance for morning coffee and breakfast. Spectacular Wi-Fi. Fantastic terrace. Would definitely stay there again.

Quirky apartment with 360degree altana

Fantastic apartment with lots of space - twin room and open mezzanine extra double bed with ensuite bath. Double bed with mezzanine open double and ensuite shower. Also open mezzanine over lounge with single bed. Lovely art deco stained glass and woodwork. Tiny iron spiral staircase. Terrace is stunning with 360 degree views of venice.

Thuis in Dorsoduro

A spacious appartment, clean and well provided, in a quiet quarter of Dorsoduro. Santa Marta is a wonderful stop for the vaporetto to reach every corner of Venice and just a 10 minutes walk. Even with a heavy suitcase it is an easy way to reach the boat and Piazzale Roma. So.... Very Good!!

Altana apartment in a quiet neighborhood

I stayed at this aoartment for three weeks, and was joined by a friend for a few days. The set up is ideal for different configurations of family and friends. The altana was really nice for hanging out, beautiful views up a spiral staircase from the kitchen. The neighborhood is mainly locals and students so the vibe isn't touristy at all. There were several restaurants and a food bar/cafe within minutes. I was able to get food and even a spritz to go to bring up to the altana. The owners were very responsive to questions and the check in process was easy including a full description of the apartment features.

Nice apartment with a beautiful roof terrace

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment. We (3 adults) had enough room for everyone (one couple, one single), the kitchen offers all you need to cook (if you're not eating out) and the beds are comfortable. Sitting on the roof terrace at sunset is divine and definitely a highlight of each and every day. The neighborhood is young, many students, great cafés and two Vaporetto stops are easy to reach by foot. Stéphanie is not only very niche, she also provides all the information you need to have a great stay. Checking in and out was uncomplicated, and if I ever return to Venice, I'll try to book this place again.

Another wonderful stay in Dorsoduro

Our second Christmas in Stéphanie and Marc's apartment in Dorsoduro and yet again everything was perfect. This is a spacious and well-equipped apartment full of period details and Venetian charm. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to everything on foot or by vaporetto and plenty of restaurants and shops without needing to hit the touristy areas. But those are close, too, if you fancy. The rooftop patio gives a lovely view of the neighborhood, which you can also see from the many windows. Although you're close to many attractions, you may not want to leave the comfort of coffee and panettone on the deep sofas.

Comfortable and relaxing base for exploring

We were warmly welcomed by a friend of the owner, who also swiftly helped us with a travel question on the second day. Good communication at all times. The living room was the perfect place to return to after each day's sight seeing. High ceilinged and spacious, yet a homely feel with some charming touches. The kitchen area is well laid out with room to prepare and everything to hand. The bedrooms are a bit austere but the roof terrace is a real bonus and so peaceful with extensive views. The area is attractive with a nice canal and good local bars and small shops. There were various celebrating groups of students on the streets, but we slept well without disturbances all week. We had a very enjoyable holiday and have recommended it to close family.

Perfect location

We had a lovely stay for a month in this homely property. Large and spacious with the highlight being the views from the roof terrace. Excellent location for transport, access to the vaporeti lines one would want to use. Proper Venetian neighbourhood rather than a tourist spot. Lovely neighbourhood market, restaurants and cafe just along the street with very friendly owner. Apartment had all necessary equipment for cooking. WiFi and internet worked but we still couldn’t get emails for some reason. There are a lot of steps but it kept us fit. We used Stephanie’s shopping trolley as all the Venetians do! Owners responded quickly when we had an issue with boiler and was fixed straight away. I’m reluctant to recommend this property as we want to come back again and it might get booked up!!!! Seriously it is an excellent property if you want a home from home in a beautiful Venetian neighbourhood away from the tourists!!! 😂

A great place for the price

Two couples visited, who have been to Venice together before, and one of the couples has been a few other times as well. If you read both the listing and the reviews, you will find that everything is accurate - both the good things and the criticisms. Read them closely, and verify the things that matter to you. Check-in was easy, and Stephanie responded well to help us with a couple of minor hitches that came up. The apartment is spacious, with lots of beds for groups. At this price point, it is unusually large for a Venice apartment. Beds (the ones we used, at least) were comfortable, and linens, towels, etc. were clean and the towels were very good quality. However, the sofas have cushions that are deeply indented. If this, and a few other features were updated, no doubt the price of the apartment would be increased, too. The apartment is up three floors by stairs, with no lift/elevator, so left us breathing heavily at the end of the climb - especially with luggage. The neighborhood is pleasant, and not far from shopping and from Campo Santa Margherita with its various restaurants. We walked most everywhere, but the distance from some of the places we wanted to visit was longer than we would have preferred. That is not a criticism of the apartment - we knew the location, but didn't realize just how long the walks would be. For example, Rialto Bridge is about a 30 minute walk, though you could walk to the vaporetto to get there instead. We thought the vaporetto was a bit farther away than we would have liked.
