The access road to the house is private, shared only with neighboring homes.<br><br><br><br> The house has been recently renovated and made comfortable; it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a shower stall, and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Villa Salento2 can comfortably accommodate up to 4–6 guests and features a 700-meter garden with olive trees, Mediterranean scrub, carob trees, and ocean views.<br><br>SLEEPING AREA<br><br>The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower stall. <br>There is one master bedroom with a sea view and one twin bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed).<br><br>LIVING AREA<br><br>The living room features a glass door that opens onto the veranda and patio, connecting the interior and exterior and offering a stunning view of the Adriatic coast. <br><br>The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with shelves, an electric oven, a gas stove, a fridge/freezer, and all the necessary cooking utensils (dishes, cutlery, trays, pots, pans, and glasses). <br><br>The living room also features a relaxation area with a sofa bed equipped with satellite TV and a dining table.<br><br> Villa Salento2 is designed for year-round living, staying cool in the summer and warm during the colder months of the year. <br><br>OUTDOOR AREA<br><br>The spacious outdoor area is the perfect place to spend pleasant hours outdoors.
