Panoramic view, private pool stylish three bedroom villa
The stylish interior of the villa is all in one level with a fully equipped open plan kitchen
and lounge with a comfortable couch and seats and incredible views thanks to the large glass sliding doors. The two guestrooms are separated from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom – which gives you complete privacy.
All three bedrooms have a view on the pool and/or sea with a double bed and built in wardrobes, giving you a lot of storage space. The master bedroom has a ensuite bathroom, toilet and
shower and the other 2 bedrooms each have their own shower and a shared space with two sinks and a toilet. The two sliding doors can separate the two bedrooms. Outside: the infinity private pool with night lights (7 x 3.5 m), decking area with shade areas with teak cushioned sunbeds, outdoor kitchen and dining area with a dining table with chairs. Here you can enjoy your favourite meal and drink while admiring the stunning sunsets every day.
BBQ and smoking are not allowed.
Children are welcome but only under the parents complete supervision and therefore at their own risk.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
From its hillside position, Villa Karma has
amazing panoramic views of the picturesque
village and bay of the village of Paleros and
the imposing Acarnanian mountains in the
background. Built in 2021 on a large plot
between olive groves is located at walking
distance of the beach (approximately 5 minutes
walk) and the village. Paleros is that Greek
fishing village that you have seen in the
movies in a secluded island but with the
advantage of being in mainland giving you
plenty of opportunities of exploring the
beautiful secluded beaches, hiking, diving,
dining in its numerous tavernas and restaurants
and enjoy the real Greek gastronomy.
The airport of Aktion (PVK) is only 20 minutes
away.
Car rental is not necessary to access the
villa and move around the village but will give
you the opportunity of explore all the beaches
around, alternatively there are numerous local
taxi services, but no public transport. We can
organise transfers or rentals you may require.
Things to do around Paleros and Pogonia:
Potomaki beach, calm water ideal for children,
where you can find a few cool beach bars with
music, food and the delicious greek cold
coffees. Vathia Vali, espectacular turquoise
water, great atmosphere and another great beach
bar. Ancient Paleros ruins, if you fancy some
cultural visit. Church bay, with nothing but a
church, this bay can be ideal if you fancy to
have a picnic with your friends/family and
enjoy some drinks, maybe playing music of your
own. Tennis is possible. Hiking and bicycle
tours can be organised with the local Paleros
travel agency. Day sails with a professional
skipper, this will give you the opportunity to
explore the gorgeous islands around including
Skorpios the famous island who belonged to
Aristoteles Onassis and where Jackie Kennedy
was photographed many years before. The
villages of Mytikas, Vonitsa, but also Lefkas
Town (with its urban atmosphere and many
restaurants) are less than half an hour drive.
