No hay escasez de características especiales en este acogedor apartamento de un dormitorio un baño. Estás cerca de muchas atracciones fabulosas de complejo y tienen excelentes vistas de la playa y el agua. La sala de estar tiene asientos cómodos y hay un televisor con un reproductor de DVD y un sistema estéreo. Location is hreat

Loved Orange Beach. Pool was great as was location to beach. Elevators had issues—we got stuck for 30 minutes-but FF got us out and elevators were fixed.

Can’t Wait to Come Back!

Such a great time! We loved the wonderful ocean view and the ease of getting directly to the beach. Close to fabulous restaurants. Wish there was a Keurig though. Overall, a great experience and we plan on coming back soon!

Great views, nice condo

This condo was very nice for a couple’s trip. The condo was pretty clean, the floors probably could have used a scrub, but overall it was great. They had simple paper product items available for use to give you time to go to the store to purchase what you need which was nice. The service desk was very nice. Overall I enjoyed this condo and the location.

Clean condo with beautiful view! Condo was just as pictured. We were very happy with our stay. I do wish the unit would have had a Keurig coffee maker though.

We really enjoyed our stay at this great beach location! The views were amazing and the unit we stayed in was very clean. The bed was very comfortable le and the kitchen well stocked, would stay here again!!

August Trip to Orange Beach

We stayed at this property for five nights in early August. I echo the comments of the others who have taken time to write a review. The place was pretty clean, the property looks like the pictures and getting to the beach from the condo was a snap. The condo “sleeps four” but we would not recommend it for four adults. It would probably be okay for two adults and a couple of smaller children, but with just one bathroom and a pullout for the second bed, it would probably be uncomfortable for four adults to stay there. One other thing to be aware of, this property is managed by a rental company and is not really a rental from a single owner. As such, the “extras” that you sometimes find in a VRBO (coffee, coffee filters, snacks, juice, etc.) are not included. There is a starter pack of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towel, dish washing pod, and trash bags included. Other than that, make sure you bring your own supplies. Because we were apparently there right after school had started for most of Alabama, the property and beach were not too crowded. We commented several times that we rarely waited on an elevator at the property, and parking was plentiful, at least during our stay. We only spent one full day at the beach. We rented chairs and an umbrella from a guy on the beach for $45. He took care of the set up and take down. It was worth it to us. We enjoyed the location very much and found many good nearby bars and restaurants.

Great stay and location

It was very nice the only complaint I had and truthfully its not really a complaint, was that they give you hard keys. We are in and out of the condo all day and I wish it was a keypad system instead.

Fun in the Sun!

Great check in process. Lovely view and accommodations. Room was comfortable and access to the beach was a breeze. I would highly recommend this facility and unit. A bit pricey but worth it. BigE

Beach View Phoenix East

Our family of 4 enjoyed our experience at Phoenix East in this one bedroom condo on the 11th floor. The King bed in the master was comfy while our 4 year old slept on the pull out couch. There was plenty of room for the pack n play for our one year old. The beach decor is tasteful and made us feel at home. The ocean side view is spectacular and this condo has a nice tropitone patio set to watch the waves roll in. The kitchen was well equipped. Be sure to bring cleaning supplies to clean after cooking, extra paper towels, and more TP. The kids loved the access to the beach, pool, and splash pad. The indoor pool was dated and gloomy looking, but worked in a pinch when it rained. The only negative about this condo is that the master carpet needs to be stretched and cleaned. We would stay again because of the great view and location, but hope they replace the master carpet soon.

Late Summer Getaway

Husband and I enjoyed the perfect getaway. This condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Views were amazing. I did like the location of the condo as it is very close to FloriBama. Will definitely stay here again.
