Usted puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del Golfo desde la sala de estar o balcón. Perfectamente situado cerca del paso de Perdido, este condominio ofrece increíbles vistas del Golfo !!!



El condominio se encuentra en un gran lugar en la 3ª planta, perfecta para mantener un ojo en los niños en la piscina o en la playa!
También, hay una cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio principal y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Hay un 55 '' HDTV en la sala de estar, un 40 'en el dormitorio. wifi gratuito y sin contraseña necesaria!



Hay una gran piscina al aire libre con una piscina para niños, piscina climatizada en la puerta, de dos jacuzzi, saunas, un gimnasio, pista de chapoteo para los niños, cancha de racquetball, sauna y canchas de tenis iluminadas.

The view was gorgeous. We had a couple of fixit issues, minor. We e mailed and got a response right away and they sent someone to fix the issue in 30 minutes. Great response Very comfortable bed could use some updates but otherwise we loved it

Quick Getaway

Our stay at Phoenix East was the perfect quick getaway. The location was perfect. This condo was just what we needed for a few days at the beach. It's close to so many great restaurants and fun things to do. We enjoyed being there off season and would gladly make a return trip.

Perfect for two people. I wish there would have been more towels, wash cloths, and hand towels. We stayed 5 nights and I had to wash them twice. Beautiful view!

ORANGE BEACH TRIP

Very nice property. It was me and my triplet granddaughters, 16 years old. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay and they were promptly addressed and fixed by the management company. Would recommend.

Orange beach vacation

After getting and paying for the parking pass getting into the condo is a breeze. There is a lot of luggage carts. Never had a long wait for elevators. The condo was fine and location was spot on.

Awesome location

This was a clean and well furnished condo for our short stay. We liked it being on the 3rd floor right by the stairs and also by the elevators. We used both, depending on what we were hauling!!! The balcony was so nice to sit on to see the beach and pool area. Staff was nice and attentive. We will return soon and hope we can get 302 again.

One of the balcony chairs was broken and useable, other balcony chairs were uncomfortable and not tall enough to see over the balcony railing. Living room furniture could be updated. Very comfortable king size bed. Kitchen appliance were updated and nice. Would be helpful to know what size garbage bags fit in that garage container, as long as we have to go buy them.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are several items within the apartment that need maintenance attention. Shower water controls need attention. The apartment could use a deep cleaning (corners, around door jams). The various items within the apartment are fine.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was ok. Upkeep was wanting. Getting a hold of anyone for pass code or problems was hard. Ice maker leaked and then didn't work. Dryer was very poor, washer wasn't much better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this condo! I've stayed at Phoenix East in the past, and we love the location. This condo was the perfect size for our little family of 3. The bed was very comfy. The bedroom gave us enough room for the pack and play to be right next to us. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the large glass windows/doors to look out at the Gulf. The keyless coded door was great to have; not keeping up with a key or dealing with picking up/dropping off is fantastic. Cayce at Phoenix Rentals was super helpful! We will definitely return!
