This spacious two-story villa is ideal for families or groups, 500 square metres well divided giving privacy to the bedrooms area. There are two bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms on the ground floor. Sliding doors give direct access to the pool and garden and the high ceiling in the living room gives it plenty of light.

On the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen equipped with American fridge, dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine (filter and Delta) and a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Large living room with 2 mobile air conditioning units and an open plan dining area for 8 people. Large full HD flat screen with cable TV, IPTV free-view channels worldwide.

The roof terrace is accessed direct from the garden or on the first floor inside the house. It has an amazing 160 degrees view of the golf course from where you can watch the golfers or enjoy the beautiful sunset.

On the departure day the property needs to be tidy before the inspection by the Keyholder. The following items needs to be checked:
Barbecue/oven if used needs to be cleaned or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
Dishes & pantry items need to be washed or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing.
There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.

Between 24:00 and 01:00 - 50 euros
Between 01:00 and 09:00 - 100 euros (subject to availability)
