A trendy district renowned for its pastel-painted townhouses, hip cafes, and the mile-long Portobello Road Market selling everything from vintage clothing to sizzling street food; you’ll never run out of ideas for fun days out in your local surroundings. Nestled just outside the city’s main thoroughfare, you’re less than ten minutes away from Ladbroke Grove tube station. From here, you can hop on and head right into the heart of Central London and its many bustling districts. The interior of Arundel Gardens unfurls across a single, beautifully furnished level. With plush buttoned sofas, brass downlights, and deep olive paintwork on the shelving, the sitting room is reminiscent of a traditional country home. Warm and inviting, this cosy spot is perfect for unwinding with a good book or film after a busy day. Contrasting the country chic is a modern kitchen and dining area. Sat just opposite, you’ll find all you need for prepping meals in one compact and convenient space. If you’re visiting on a business trip, the comfy leather banquette and wooden bench can also double up as a useful workspace for catching up on emails and calls while away. Close by, the sophisticated master bedroom boasts a super king-sized bed. The second bedroom is uniquely configured with three single beds, making this home an excellent choice for groups of friends or families. Shared by both rooms is the modern bathroom, with toasty underfloor heating.

- This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. Many of the windows of this home face onto a main road, which means that traffic can often be heard, even with the windows closed. Whilst there is a small lift in the apartment building that takes you up to the third floor, there are stairs up from street-level to the lift. This home accepts babies, children and toddlers, but does not accept pets. Whilst this home's maximum occupancy is five, the trundle bed in the second bedroom is more suited for a child. The common parts in the building show some signs of wear and tear. This home has a communal heating system which is set by the building management company. There is construction taking place opposite to the building this home is in, but no noise can be heard.
