Esta unidad, con sus impresionantes vistas, está ubicada en el Edificio 2, 6to piso, 2da unidad de la playa. Escucha el suave oleaje y relaja tus preocupaciones. Esta es una unidad de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños.
A la salida, TODAS las sábanas se actualizan. El condominio ofrece lavadora / secadora de tamaño completo, televisores con reproductores de DVD en las 3 habitaciones. Hay un televisor y un reproductor de DVD en la sala de estar. Hay mucho espacio para todos y esta unidad está bellamente decorada. ¡Ofrecemos Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad sin costo adicional! La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar para crear esa fabulosa comida. Hay un balcón con vistas a la playa con vistas increíbles y una zona maravillosa para relajarse. Este condominio está frente a la playa con 700 pies de propiedad frente al golfo, con espectaculares vistas y sonidos del golfo desde los balcones delantero y trasero. Un viaje en ascensor desde el sexto piso lo aleja de la playa, así como de la piscina, la bañera de hidromasaje y el chapoteo. Hay una segunda piscina ubicada en este complejo. Nuestra unidad te ubica a pasos de la playa. No hay calle para cruzar para llegar a la playa! Las parrillas están disponibles para su uso en el área de la piscina. Hay una sala de ejercicios segura y bien equipada con 1 elíptica, 3 cintas de correr, 2 bicicletas fijas, equipo de pesas y sauna. También hay una sala de juegos, canchas de tenis y canchas de tejo listas para su uso.

This was our first trip to Florida. The condo did not disappoint in making our first stay memorable. Upon arrival, the condo was spacious and clean. The views were absolutely amazing! The kitchen had everything needed. The daily beach service was an added bonus. We will DEFINITELY be coming back to rent this again. Thank you for sharing your place with our family!

We began our stay by cleaning the gulf front windows. The dirt on the windows ruined the beautiful view, but we cleaned them easily with water. You are not allowed to park in owners parking spaces, which means you have to walk about 150 yards back from the guest parking area . Heat index was 107 this was maybe a deal breaker; the owners parking area was shaded.The view from the balcony was gorgeous and spent most of our time there. It was too hot to take advantage of the beach setup, but it was a nice compliment .There was no ventilation for the cook top so we didn't use it.The furnishings were very nice and the beds comfortable. The rental was very well maintained and stocked with plush towels , and kitchen items. A very nice vacation for us .

This condo is fantastic. The views are awesome. The cleanliness and extra touches are remarkable. The access to the beach was great. We have stayed in a lot of condos at a lot of beaches and this is by far the best we have ever stayed in. The owners were very nice and communicated nicely. We diffidently would recommend this to anyone. We hope to be able to stay again!!

The condo was very clean and the view was outstanding! My party and I really enjoyed our stay, despite a couple of issues we encounter, overall we had a very good time. It was a birthday trip for my lady friend and I had everything planned out including my very own chefs. They went above and beyond to make sure she enjoyed her birthday. The condo was located in the ideal spot very close to everything. I will definitely stay here again in hopes that the elevator is working, the water issues are corrected and parking is not so far from the condo.

Enjoyable stay

We had a great time at the Mainsail! This countdown had everything we needed to have an enjoyable time while in Destin. We took full advantage of the chairs and umbrella at the beach that were included—such a nice feature! The owner was very prompt with responses and questions. Although there were issues with the dishwasher, which the owner told us about, it didn’t inhibit our stay. We’d happily stay at this spot again!

Location, Location, Location! Unbelievable Views!From the time we booked until we left the condo, Jeff and Patti were wonderful and so easy to work with. Excellent communication and responsiveness to questions. Check in was a breeze.The condo was amazing - the photos don’t do it justice. It was well appointed and SPOTLESS! Only steps to the beach with beach chair/umbrella service included. The wrap around balcony (with direct access from the huge master bedroom) was amazing and the views were stunning! Great location - on the beach, close to shopping and great restaurants. Everything you could possibly want for a wonderful vacation!

Great Main Sail condo

Great updated condo. Extra nice beds, patio chairs, tv. Updated fridge, washer, dryer and bathrooms. Appreciated the nice towels, unlike the thin ones in most condos. Nice owners. We'll definitely be back to this unit.

Place is amazing. Location is great. Everything is there. Stores, shops, food, beach, ocean all within reach. One thing that was bothersome is the frogs being amazingly loud at the pond in the middle of the two buildings. Other than that, this place is a great. Recommend 10 stars.

Fantastic Beachfront Getaway

We have been coming to Destin for vacation the last several years and this was, BY FAR, the best vacation and condo we have ever had! The condo is gorgeous. The interior is furnished beautifully. The view from the wrap-around balcony is amazing. We spent each morning and evening out there enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. We loved being just steps away from the beach knowing we had chairs and an umbrella waiting for us each day! The guys working the beach were awesome! Jeff was responsive when I texted a few times with some questions and was so easy to work with before and during the trip. We will definitely be coming back next year and staying here again!

If you’re looking for a clean, freshly renovated and exquisitely equipped beach condo with unparalleled gulf views and super easy beach access, stop scrolling and book now! Seriously… by my best calculation, I’ve stayed at mainsail 45-50 times going back to the mid-eighties. This is hands down the nicest unit we’ve stayed in, and is the only one for us going forward. Jeff is a fantastic host and went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect vacation. Would give it ten stars if I could…. Already planning our next trip (or three!!)

Million dollar view from the windows and the balcony! Easy walk down the stairs or ride in the elevator takes you to the walkway to the glorious private beach. Beautifully decorated, clean condo with comfortable beds and everything you need to rest and recharge. Security staff at the front gate were super helpful and friendly. Drop off area was convenient with carts always available to take things up to the unit and parking is covered and easy accessible. The owners are lovely. They are just a text or a phone call away. Communication was clear and kind and any questions we had were pleasantly answered. Mainsail is a smaller property with residential homes around it which makes it quieter and made the beach far less crowded. The beach setup was so nice to have each day and Chance, who did the setups, was the friendliest young man. This beautiful condo is your perfect home base to enjoy the area. Just go and enjoy!
