Impresionantes vistas del Golfo desde la unidad del piso superior. Comunidad privada de 15 acres frente al mar con servicio de playa diario de 4 SILLAS y 2 PARAGUAS incluidas (estacionalmente). Salga al balcón desde el dormitorio principal o la sala de estar con excelentes vistas del Golfo y la piscina. El condominio tiene muchas mejoras con encimeras de granito en la cocina y barra húmeda con máquina de hielo. La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable. Ambos baños tienen gabinetes nuevos y encimeras de granito. Ambas habitaciones tienen todos los muebles nuevos. Tiene un televisor inteligente de pantalla plana de 65 "en la sala de estar que incluye más de 20 canales deportivos adicionales, una pantalla plana de 55" en el dormitorio principal y una pantalla plana de 37 "en la habitación. Could not ask for a better room with a better view of both the pool and the beach. With two young kids we enjoyed being able to rotate out the adults but being able to keep an eye on the kids whether they were at the beach or the pool. Bruce was very responsive and began reaching out from the moment we made our reservation. We will definitely be staying at Mainsail 187 again in the near future.

Great week!!

This is a great location! Prime holiday week we expected a packed beach but the private beach makes it perfect and did not feel over crowded! Owner is very responsive and helpful to any issues or questions that arrise and works quickly to resolve! Unit comes with any items you would need and so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. View/location are perfect!!! Would definitely return!!!

Great Mainsail Condo

The 8th floor condo is in the center of the Mainsail complex, right above the pool. Fantastic views of the Gulf and close to 2 elevators. The owner was very speedy with responses when we had questions. The condo itself was well equipped with everything we needed and the decor was great! USB outlets everywhere! We will certainly stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Family and Friends Vacation

We had a great week during our time at Mainsail. It only rained on us a couple of times. The unit was as it appeared in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and there were plenty of towels for everyone, we just had to wash them every other day. The Murphy bed was a big plus for us, as we had to use it having all of our children with us (we had all 3 of them plus our granddaughter). I was a little worried about this being on the 8th floor and elevator access but we never had to really wait for the elevator. It was very quick when we needed it. Having 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas was also a big plus for us with our adult children. The view from the balcony was amazing!!! When we first arrived and tried to get in the code wouldn't work and I texted the owner. He sent another one that didn't work either. He immediately called me and we got a code that worked. He was so easy to work with and answered immediately when we had a question. I would highly recommend this unit for your stay at Mainsail!

Family Vacation

The condo owner was very responsive. The condo was fully equipped and comfortable. The umbrella and chair situation was a bit of an ordeal, not the owners fault, but had to be down super early and wait for them to setup to get a spot. Other than that everything else was great.

Fun Fall Break

We had the best week in this condo. The condo was perfect. Updated and very clean. It was well stocked with all kitchen needs. Access to the beach was easy. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Getaway

My Wife and I are both Nurses and were in desperate need for a vacation. Getting to Bruce's place was so easy and he was so helpful in getting us set up in terms of direction and instructions. The apartment was so beautifully laid out and was so relaxing to stay in. We have stayed in several vacation homes and have never been in a place that was quite this nice. The furniture was new and comfortable. We had a great night's sleep and the shower was a great touch. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials. The beach was a walking distance and was very quiet and relaxing. I thought it was especially nice that we had four beach chairs reserved for the apartment. Plus, there is a guarded gate and an outlet mall that is a 5-min drive away. I would definitely be visiting again soon.

This property is as good as the pictures show! View is amazing, furnishings are beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was great. Very responsive to any questions we had and quick to respond! Thank you for a great trip to the beach with my mother and sisters!

Lovely property

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and well stocked. I especially liked the carpet in the bedroom so I did not have to walk on tile in bare feet. The table on the porch was really nice because it was tall and afforded an umimpeded view of the gulf. The owner was terrific to work with. He answered all my questions and much more quickly than I would have expected. He worked with us in ways that were over and beyond what I expected from an owner!
