This impressive 6 bedroom farmhouse is full of character and charm, with a large private pool and beautiful mountain backdrop. Villa Papa is also ideally positioned only a few minutes' drive from Cala San Vicente, which has a choice of beaches and restaurants. Or visit the local shop and stock up on provisions to cook on your own brick BBQ! Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in the ground floor double bedroom are included.
Villa Papa has a large private swimming pool and spacious grounds with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the setting. The brick BBQ is around the side of the house, and there is a table and chairs in the shade, overlooking the pool, for dining alfresco away in respite from the sun.
The driveway is gated and there is plenty of space for your hire cars on the private parking forecourt. The main entrance is at the front of the house.
The lounge, dining area and kitchen are traditional in design, and flow into one another creating a large, airy living space. The BBQ area and pool terrace can be accessed from the kitchen. There is also an external utility room and WC.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are all on the first floor. There is a second double bedroom and 4 twin bedrooms, as well as 3 shared bathrooms. There is also a small terrace accessible from the first floor hallway, which has wonderful mountain views.
The ground floor double bedroom has air conditioning/heating at no extra cost. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
