This villa rental is situated on top of a rocks in the Fornillo area in Positano. This privileged spot, in Positano, between the sea, and the country make this house a special place whit breathtaking view . the house is surrounded by plants and trees. close to the town center and at the same time reserved and quiet. There are many steps to reach it, but the reward is a unique view. This apartament on the top of villa Boscariello has a very large terrace 65 sqm one bedroom, one bathroom, the living room with kitchenette and sofà bed. the private terrace with a magnificent view is simply spectacular. Each room is air-conditioned and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

We had a spectacular stay at Giovanni's place in Positano! The apartment was comfortable, spotless, and perfectly located with a breathtaking terrace view of the sea and cliffside villas. The steps down to the beach were part of the adventure— and well worth it for the views along the way.Giovanni was a wonderful host, kind and welcoming, and made sure everything was just right for our visit. He even booked us a taxi to and from and arranged to have our suitcases brought up and down!!Our family loved every moment here and would happily return. Highly recommend!

Positano. Best possible view.

Not a big review writer, but this place is a postcard at the top of 210 steps. You get used to the steps and the view is worth it. Great place.

Incredible place!!!

I and my daughter stayed at Giovanni’s place abd founs it to be incredible It was just as advertised, a rarity. Considerable steps to climb if you go down to the business district but all worth it. Really a beautiful place. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Giovanni was a wonderful host, very attentive and quick to get a few small issues resolved quickly. The apartment had everything you would need and was very comfortable.

Excellent Trip!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights and really loved it there! The view was beyond beautiful and none of these photos really do it justice. It is overwhelmingly beautiful! The minute we arrived, we felt relaxed! We spent a lot of time wandering around Positano and loved the shops and great restaurants.

Holiday apartment with the best views!

The apartment is basic but spotless and feels very well cared for. Best of all is the very large terrace which has panoramic views over the bay, the village and to the hills beyond. It was quite a climb to reach the property, but the views are the reward!

It was great, the view was amazing and Giovanni was exceptional with communication

Beautiful view and close to pretty much everything we needed to do! Our advice is to bring some good shoes for the stairs and do one or teo big grocery shops with a backpack and you’ll be good to go! No complaints with the house it was a perfect bit of paradise to chill out and rest.

Beautiful View in Positano

We had a wonderful stay in Positano at Giovanni's place. It was a lot of stairs-- but so worth it for the view. Due to the location of this apartment, it feels less crowded/busy compared to the main beach of Positano. We really enjoyed Da Ferdiando's at Fornillo Beach (we rented chairs/umbrella two days at the Beach Club). You can't find this view anywhere else!! The pictures are incredibly accurate and the view is jaw dropping!

Perfect positano getaway

This apartment is the perfect accommodation. The AC works great. The balcony is huge with a killer view! There are a lot of stairs but you get used to them and learn to appreciate as you eat more and more pasta. :) it is also on a quieter side of the town which was really nice. I will recommend to all my friends and family this place.

Amazing views

We had an amazing time in Positano. Our apartment was great. The views are worth the 224 steps it takes to get to it from the road. Giovanni was very helpful. He made check in very easy and gave us the lay of the land when we arrived. He also left us a bottle of his homemade wine and a couple of beers :)

Great views over Positano

For the price this was an excellent stay! The apartment is spacious and has a large terrace with amazing views over Positano and with good views over towards Priano as well. Not sure these will be beaten in Positano at any price point! As noted on other reviews there are a lot of stairs but it was worth it. Giovanni was extremely helpful with check in and helping to arrange our transfers. The property is a little tired but had all the amenities we required and for the price and views I would recommend a stay here.

Fantastic

This was by far our favorite place we stayed in Iraly. Giovanni was very nice and helpful. The steps... wow its a very long way up and down but the view is spectacular!!! Very comfortable and clean. He even greeted us with a bottle of his own wine he made. Overall loved Positano and the apartment!

Awesome property in Positano!

This villa on a hillside in Positano is amazing. The /views from the extremely large patio are phenomenal. Giovanni was an excellent host, meeting us when we arrived, giving us insight on the property and Positano, and leaving a bottle of his home made red wine and also a local beer to enjoy. He also helped coordinate a transfer for when we left Positano The views and the property are so much better in person than what is shown on the pictures on the VRBO site. If we ever visit Positano again, we will book Giovanni's villa again.

Million Dollar View in Positano

My wife and I stayed at this property for 4 nights beginning on August 26. The view is spectacular from a huge deck that included a dining table & chairs, two loungers and two high back chairs. I don't think you could find a better view anywhere in Positano. The apartment was very clean with everything needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Giovanni was a wonderful host and helped arrange porters for our luggage and a private driver for our trip to Naples upon checkout. I would highly recommend this apartment if you plan on visiting Positano. Quite a few steps up to the property but well worth the climb.

Best view and host in Positano

Holy Steps!!! There are around 200 steps with a good incline from the street but each step is worth it for the view and the accommodations. Use the porters at the port for all your bags, worth every penny. We are almost 60 and climbed the steps several times each day. Giovanni went above and beyond. Villa was spotless and served us well. Pictures do not do the view justice. Ferry was cancelled and Giovanni arranged for a car to take us to Naples and the porters to carry our bags down. He is the best host in Positano

Most Romantic Trip of My Life? YES

Stop reading now and just make your reservation for this place! Okay, but still. A lot of properties in Positano are outdated or don't have that feeling of "polish." Giovanni's place is fresh, clean, and it has the best view you'll find on the coast. I actually LOST two pounds on my Italian vacation from climbing the stairs (which we learned to love). Totally romantic getaway for my husband and me. Giovanni was very responsive by email for our handful of questions while we were there. I am gearing up my penny bank to go back.

The perfect Positano apartment

We could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. Yes, there's a lot of steps but if there's anything that's worth the view it's the 200+ steps to get this little slice of paradise. The views are to die for and the apartment is more than sufficient. Giovanni and his son are more than accommodating and they will give you a tour of positano but after a few days this piece of heaven will feel like home. I cannot wait to book this apartment again because Positano is a place you can't say goodbye to. I hope I get to host Giovanni and his family in America one day because I won't ever feel like I've paid my debt for allowing me to stay in his place and experience this beautiful know little town. If you're indecisive on this place I will be the first to tell you it's a dream and you won't regret it!

Wonderful location in vibrant Potisano

This was our first visit to this area of Italy so Positano did not let us down it is an enchanting place.Yes very hilly and many many steps but you will be fitter by the time you leave! As Giovanni says take your time going up to the penthouse just keep stopping to enjoy the views. The penthouse was perfect and had everything we needed. The balcony is large and has views that you could never tire of. The small beach is perfect for swimming and relaxing on a sun bed. I recommend Ferdinandos beach bar serving food and drink all day at reasonable prices and so very friendly. From the main beach you can book ferry trips such as Amalfi Capri and Sorrento. To visit Pompeii Giovanni arranged a taxi which gave us plenty of time to see everything we wanted. Giovanni was a great host and the holiday in Positano will rank as one of our most memorable.
