My Father who was originally from this village decided to move back to Cyprus. In 1973 we moved to Cyprus from the UK . My sister and I grew up here in this house. Due to the high demand for holiday properties in our area we decided to renovate the house and apartment above the main house for holiday lets. There was an old stone house on these grounds which was owned by my father's much loved aunty who brought him up as she had no children of her own. My parents started to build our house on the remains of the old stone house in 1973. My sister and I grew up in this house. My parents started building in 1973 and by 1974 the first part of the house was ready for habitation. During the 1974 peace operation in July; relatives would come and find security amongs the thick stone walls. The villa sits in a lemon and orange orchard. Due to it's old charming character we decided to offer our property for rental to holiday makers who would like to have a true Cypriot experience.

The property is in the centre of the village within 3 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Parking is permitted where there is space. Including in the garden or in front of the gate. There is a minibus every 15 minutes doing a round trip to Girne just 3 minutes walk down the road. Villa which also has a separate apartment located on half of the second floor. Maximum capacity 8 people in the main house and 4 in the apartment. Both units can be booked at the same time for large families or friends who like to holiday together. The apartment has a separate entrance. The wood burning Sauna is located in the main house. We have a very large pool terrace where you can enjoy the stunning mountain view, a shaded dining area a BBQ area which is adjacent to the terrace. The skimmer pool is so large that it would please any serious swimmers. The capacity 8 people in the main house and 4 in the apartment. All bedrooms have airconditioning units. Both units have fireplaces. Our property is located within a 3 minute walk to the nearest shops and restaurants/bars and the minibus which takes you to Kyrenia, a 5 minute drive to beaches, a 10 minute drive to the historical town of Girne (Kyrenia) and only a 5 minute drive to the picturesque village of Bellapais which is right above Ozankoy. Child/baby cot available. You may pick your own lemons from the many trees and help yourself to what is growing in the garden.
