This contemporary and stylish apartment is guaranteed to impress.

This stunning luxury apartment located in a perfect spot just outside of the city centre.

The recently developed building is located just off Layerthorpe, roughly a 12 minute walk into the centre of York. Located just a 2 minute walk around the corner from the Foss Islands shopping strip and a Morrisons Supermarket, everything you could need is within walking distance.

Occupying a ground floor position in the building it benefits from ample natural light from the floor to ceiling windows in the lounge area.

There's comfortable seating to be found in the lounge along with an LCD Smart TV.

There's a modern galley kitchen complete with all the appliances you'd expect to find in a property of this standard plus a dining area to the side to seat 4 for dinner.

There's 2 very well presented double bedrooms complete with wardrobe and drawer space plus a main bathroom complete with freestanding shower.

The apartment comes with an allocated parking space onsite for 1 car .

Lovely

The flat was lovely—spotlessly clean, easy to find, and in a great location. It was perfect for our family of four. The walk to the city centre took around 15 minutes, which the kids enjoyed without any complaints.

Lovely, clean, quiet apartment

We enjoyed a lovely week in the apartment. It takes about 10 minutes to get into the centre of York, but luckily we had good weather so this was an enjoyable walk. Parking right outside is an added bonus. Being a little out of town means it was very quiet and easy to access walking trails.

Perfect location for walking into York - beautiful and clean apartment.

We were so delighted when we arrived at this flat. It was the perfect size for us (2 adults, a 5-year-old and a 1 year old - we took our own travel cot). My 5-year-old daughter loved having a big double bed in the "pink" room. The whole flat was warm and toasty when we arrived, just what we needed after a 7 hour journey! The kitchen was well equipped and even has a dishwasher and washer dryer (which came in handy after Storm Darragh soaked us to the skin). Everything felt clean and tidy. Really nice warm power shower too! There were loads of extra pillows and towels etc available in the wardrobes, and even some tea and coffee bits so we could make a drink when we got there. It's less than a 5 minute walk to Morrisons and Lidl (so we enjoyed some lovely warm pastries on Saturday morning), and with the kids and the pushchair it took around 10 to 15 minutes to walk into the centre of York. Checking in and out was also really efficient, we received excellent instructions on checking in etc in plenty of time before our stay, and the photos and directions were really helpful. If you're looking for clean, modern, welcoming accommodation in York I would definitely recommend this place. We are definitely planning to return in 2025.

Extremely uncomfortable apartment.

Extremely uncomfortable apartment. Bed mattress worn and under covering soiled . Main bedroom wall against stairs for flats above and bike shed outside main apartment window. Which means very noisy at times. Bracket holding shower fitting falling off wall. Had issues with wi-fi connection. TV seemed to get locked in audio only. Hallway outside of flat seemed dirty and did not appear to be cleaned during our weeks stay. Had a very poor level of kitchen equipment and crockery Would not recommend.

Wonderful Flat

My mum and I stayed here for 2 nights for a short girls getaway. The flat was lovely, clean and spacious. The shower in particular was great, beds comfy and overall felt very welcome. Laura went the extra mile in her welcome book, telling us where nearby restaurants were located, some York history as well as the wifi details, appliance instructions and so forth. I highly recommend this wonderful flat to anyone visiting York, everything is within a 20 minute walk!

Very central

Really central location, easy walk to town centre 10 min, food shopping 5min & 6am coffee shop 5 min . Off-road parking was perfect. Accommodation was really clean, with sufficient clean kitchen utensils, great shower. We’d definitely return to & recommend this accommodation.

Friends get together

Group of 4 old friends used property as our base for weekend catching up whilst exploring York. We all like keeping fit so didn't mind the 1 mile+ walk to get into city but might not suit less active guests. Property could do with an extra chair or bigger settee in lounge area as 1 of us had to either move dining chair or sit on the floor when all 4 of us were watching TV

Perfect Location
