En un edificio del siglo XVIII completamente renovado, magnífico nuevo apartamento de 2 habitaciones de 40 m2 con aire acondicionado (según los estándares actuales), ubicado en el segundo piso con accesorios y decoración de calidad.
Grandes ventanas de doble acristalamiento te sumergen en la zona.
peatonal e inmediatamente disfrute del ambiente y el encanto del casco antiguo de Niza, con sus coloridas fachadas y tiendas típicas.
Ubicación excepcional, tranvía y grandes espacios verdes a 1 minuto a pie, playa y Promenade des Anglais a 300 m.
A medio camino entre las plazas de Masséna y Garibaldi (300 m).

I stayed for two months. The location was perfect for me, 1min walk to tram station and cathedral, 2min to flower market and opera, 3min to promenade des anglais , 5 min to coline du chateau and place de Massena. surrounded by restaurants, shops, boulangeries, etc… for those reasons, it could be a bit noisy at evening in the summer when you would want to leave windows open for the breeze but apt has A/C so you can close windows if needed to, I would suggest bringing earplugs (always a good idea when traveling) if you are a light sleeper . space could be small for some but not a problem for me since I was outside most of the time. kitchenette adequate for short stays.Marie and Bernard were great hosts and communicators . thoroughly enjoyed my 2months and have no complaints. definitely recommend for solo or couples.

Anniversary fun and enjoying some time to decompress…

We had an amazing stay! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—right in the heart of Nice’s beautiful Old Town, with its charming streets and just a quick, easy walk to the beach, which was absolutely stunning. The apartment itself was spotless, super clean, and so adorable with lovely touches throughout. We loved everything about it! The hosts were wonderful, and we would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nice!

very enjoyable 6 night stay

A solid 10/10 property. The hosts were helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean, well appointed, well located, and relatively spacious. It has everything you could need (soaps, laundry detergent, towels, extra bedding, full set of cooking equipment). It also has a few luxuries that save you from buying your own (basic spices, tea, coffee). A few niggles: the mattress was not to everyone's liking; the shower is very small and it's easy to bump the temperature controls as you pivot (for reference we were both under 180lbs & 5"10); the great and central location means significant noise late into the night (but this can be largely mitigated by using the provided fan for ambient noise). Otherwise, a perfect stay. For the price, truly excellent value.

Stay in the vibrant city center of Nice

For those who love multiculturalism, gastronomy and the nightlife of the city, this small and charming ap is ideal located close to shops, restaurants, to the center and the sea. It has everything you need for a confortable and pleasant stay. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

Great hosts, great location, great apartment.

Marie and Bernard were fabulous hosts. They always responded to communications in a timely manner and are very kind people. They accommodated us when our flights ended up cancelled and replaced, causing an 8 hour delay to our arrival time. They responded to our communications and were at the apartment to greet us when we arrived. Thank you so much, that gave us comfort and peace of mind.The apartment had everything needed for our two week stay and was spotless.Thank you Bernard and Marie. We would stay at your apartment again in a heartbeat.

Lovely Nice Apartment

This apartment was so well organized and charming. The lovely host, Bernard, speaks mostly French. His wife speaks English. The apartment has many signs with English instructions for the use of appliances etc. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops in the area and used public transit to go out of the area. The main disadvantage is the 3 flights of stairs per floor to reach the apartment. We tried to stop the clothes dryer before it finished and couldn't get it going again. Bernard came to fix it quickly. We would stay there again.

Absolutely amazing!

From start to finish, our experience went over and above expectations. Bernard greeted us at the property and showed us around. The pictures don’t do this superb apartment justice. It was clean, well stocked and in an amazing location. I have no negative comments to add. We absolutely loved it!

Marie met us at the apartment, she was lovely, very helpful and friendly. The apartment was immaculate, Marie showed us where everything was and how it worked; she had left some fruit and wine too. We really enjoyed our few days there, perfect.

Great location in Old Nice

Property was exactly as described. The owner met us at the front door as promised and walked us through the apartment’s features. The apartment was super clean and while not very big, was perfect for two of us. The location is tremendous - a short walk to the promenade and the tram lines. So many dining options in the area of the property too. The fruit and bottle of wine were a great touch. The washer/dryer was very convenient.

Functional decent size unit in a great location

The apartment is in the heart of Old Nice within easy walking distance of bistros, cafes, shops, the daily flower market, and the seaside promenade. Can't beat the location. The unit is on the second landing, however the steps aren't too steep for carrying luggage. The apartment was clean, with a separate double bed bedroom, a living area with TV, breakfast nook, small but functional kitchen, and nice bathroom with shower. Big plus: a washer WITH a dryer. Not much day light, but good interior lighting. Air conditioning was a bit tricky, requiring emptying container of water every eight hours if kept running non stop; we just shut it off every time we left for the day. No luxury, but comfy snd a good value. Good communication with owners.

Amazing apartment in Old Town

We stayed 6 nights in July at this adorable apartment in old Town. The location was great. Lots of little shops and restaurants within an easy walk and just a few minutes to the beach. Exactly as pictured- it was comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed and could have easily stayed a month. The AC was surprisedly cool. Easy checkin with the host waiting for us on arrival and showed us how to use the AC and washer. Absolutely loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

A Complete Delight

We spent six nights at Marie and Bernard’s wonderfully appointed and well-located apartment. They are responsive and kind hosts who communicate effectively and promptly. We were welcomed in person, and with gifts of fruit and a bottle of rosé, despite an unanticipated delay in our travel, The apartment contains expansive space for two with separate sleeping and living areas, a lovely kitchenette and spacious bath. The AC, laundry (W/D) and dishwasher are all welcome features and work flawlessly. The kitchenette is well-equipped including a kettle and Nespresso. We slept, relaxed and ate well in this location! It was entirely calm and quiet during our stay. It is easy walking distance to the beach and all of central and historic Nice. Similarly it is a short few steps to the tram to get to the train station for trips along the Cóte d’Azur or to travel to and from the airport. We would, without hesitation, stay here again!

We loved it. Shower is not for fat Americans like me. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Location can not be beat. The hosts were fantastic. Would love to stay again

Lovely apartment in the Old City

Exactly as advertised. Marie welcomed us and showed us around the very clean, nicely decorated apartment. Double-paned windows block out any noise from shops and pedestrians on the narrow street below. Everything you could want is steps away.
